Regardless that two appointments were booked he took off for a long weekend and told the receptionist have us come back Monday. I told her when I called to make the appointment that is was because my busy was in pain and needed it done today. This chiropractor has moved locations and I have to say it seems shady and not as well kept as their last place. Also very bad manners to dismiss people that needed his help and were scheduled. In those couple of moments, he expressed Human Kindness that is above what I have seen in a doctor, not to mention in society. I doubt he will ever understand how much I needed that or how much it meant. I hope Mercy Medical recognizes the importance of his actions and caring ways. Dr Nicholas has been my primary dr for over 10 years. Super responsive and either a great memory or great notes. Either way he makes you feel like you are an important patient.
