I am sharing my experience with Lawyer Jora Kuner, B.A., J.D., who immediately alleviated my frustration within seconds of speaking with him. I was referred to him by another law firm for a landlord-tenant matter, and Jora was assigned to my case. His professionalism stood out: he spoke in a calm and patient tone, was highly knowledgeable (with up-to-date information), and explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Despite English not being my first language, I had no difficulty understanding him. Jora is one of the best lawyers I've worked with because he helps his clients clearly understand their situation and the steps ahead. I highly recommend Jora if you are dealing with issues involving landlords or tenants.

AVOID ! PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE…read more My ex uncle recommended him. Malicki intentionally manipulated property rights in the title "Deed" by purposely listing my ex a "Joint Tenant". The gambler, who lost his share from our previous property over $40,000 and additionally made $47,000 debts (discovered a year after purchasing the property) was granted an illegal equal ownership share of the house because the title didn't indicate "Tenant in Common", violation: tort of deceit. That was not the agreed arrangement but rather a real estate fraud registration & breach of contract. Malicki charged extra $500 for preparing a contract of the down-payment contributions but never delivered it. I developed sicknesses that I can't recover until today because of Malicki's malicious acts. The better tomorrow of my family was completely destroyed. AVOID !
