The answer is simple, this is a classy establishment offering good high quality food on the go. Loafers is the lovechild of Subway and the Edwardian Tea Rooms. Aside from these minor issues the food is mostly all good although I feel obliged to mention the fact that there is frequently an order mess up which causes slight inconvenience if you want to grab and go.
