Another year has passed and yep my 5 star review still stands.. Once again I used the kiosk to renew my tags and it was quick and easy.... I will say an older man in front of me seemed to not find it easy but all you need to do is read the directions and bam - you have your tags in hand. This year however I also had to go in as my daughter's id was out of date and needed to be renewed and updated with a picture. That too was quick and easy on the inside. I had picked a number on the machine by the front door and found my number had been called when I was outside .. the staff quickly recalled my number and 5 minutes later we were on our way! read more
