The hygienist always makes my gums bleed when they clean my teeth and the bright light they shine in my mouth seems to be aimed more at my eyes than my teeth. But now I know that isn't necessary. I've been here twice and didn't lose any blood and didn't get a headache. Terry did a great job cleaning my teeth both times, so I walked out with very clean teeth (she does a great job cleaning and polishing) and no pain (no bleeding gums and she didn't aim the spotlight on my face). I only spent about five minutes each visit with Dr Sharma since I didn't have any dental issues for her to worry about but her chairside (?) manner is great and she seems to always be in a good mood.

They were so kind. Shout out to Katie the receptionist. She was awesome. When I called for an appointment she was super nice. She knew everything about the insurance policies and tries her best to help you. Making an appointment with them was super easy and accommodating. They have great hours if you work 9-5. They have 7 am openings. The dental hygienist was amazing too. She was super knowledgeable and friendly! She was gentle and really cleaned my teeth to make sure the plaque was off. The dentist-Dr. Sharma was amazing too and very knowledgeable. They were both honest with what I needed to get done in order to prevent any further damages to my teeth/gums. They also both took the time to explain to me the process and why it was needed. I feel comfortable going back a few times because of all of the knowledge that they had and told me about my teeth. That usually isn't the case with me.

My very first visit was actually positive. Valerie, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, kind, and…read moregenuinely made me feel cared for. The assistant who took my X-rays was also friendly and professional. That first impression is exactly why I originally felt comfortable moving forward with treatment. Unfortunately, the longer I remained a patient, the more that confidence disappeared. What followed was months of delays, poor communication, treatment confusion, insurance frustration, and me repeatedly having to chase the office for information about my own care. My dental issues included: Tooth #30: I had a root canal on May 11 and a post/core on June 19, yet I still spent weeks waiting for clear information about the permanent crown. Tooth #18: This was one of the original reasons I sought treatment, yet it remained unresolved for months and the temporary crown repeatedly came off. Tooth #31: My insurance approved retreatment and a crown, but the treatment was never completed while I was under their care. Tooth #19: I was told I needed a root canal and a new crown, but after seeking care elsewhere I learned neither was necessary. What actually needed attention was a large cavity that had been left untreated. I also had several older fillings that needed repair or replacement, and those were never addressed either. The administrative side was equally frustrating. I spent weeks trying to obtain proper documentation for insurance appeals and deadlines. I repeatedly requested records and supporting information, but getting what I needed became an ordeal. I also want to correct my original impression of Vanessa at the front desk. I initially thought she was kind and helpful. Over time, that was not my experience. I understand the office was under significant stress and that the office manager had apparently quit suddenly, so I tried to be patient and understanding. However, I repeatedly experienced a lack of empathy, dismissive communication, and difficulty with basic administrative and computer-related tasks that directly affected my care. There were too many moments where I felt like I was managing my own case: explaining things multiple times, checking insurance information, following up on treatment, asking about records, and trying to figure out what was actually happening next. That should not be the patient's job. What is especially disappointing is that as of August 18, 2026, no one from the office has followed up with me regarding the unresolved treatment issues I had there. No call, no update, no check-in. I ultimately transferred my care elsewhere because I no longer trusted the office to manage my treatment accurately and consistently. I do want to be fair: Valerie was wonderful, and some members of the clinical staff were genuinely kind. My issue is not that every person there was terrible. My issue is that kindness during an appointment cannot make up for poor continuity of care, treatment delays, inaccurate treatment planning, weak communication, inadequate follow-through, and administrative problems. If you are considering extensive dental work here, I strongly recommend getting copies of your X-rays and treatment plans, documenting everything, staying on top of insurance authorizations, asking very specific questions about timelines, and getting a second opinion before agreeing to major procedures. I really wanted this office to work out. Unfortunately, my first impression and my actual long-term experience turned out to be two very different things.
