Hello, I love the library. What's not to like about free books? I briefly considered giving LINC four stars because I can only have 15 books on hold at a time, but it's challenged me to have a healthy hold list curation at all times and I do love a good funtime challenge. I've also just learnt that there's an express borrow service for some more popular books--you can borrow for up to seven days only (with high late fees... actually, I wonder if this is still the case considering they no longer charge late fees in general? Surely it still applies to express borrows) and these books aren't part of the hold queue, so if you're desperate to read something super popular and can't bear the thought of waiting for 53 holds ahead of yours, you've got a chance to plow through it! Oh also (man I love the library) they are super responsive with ordering in book suggestions--I'm at 3 for 3 now, PLUS (if you have space on your exceptionally curated holds list) they place your suggestion straight onto your holds list when they order it so you're top of the list as soon as it comes in.
