From day one they got my vision, especially that I didn't want it looking like a typical, stuffy real estate page. They knew when to take my ideas and run with them, and when to push back with solid design advice that made the end result stronger. Big thanks to Richard for leading a great team, Kayla for all her work on the branding and logos, Camryn for managing the process and sitting through all my long, detailed calls, and Danny--the wizard--for pulling off some amazing effects on the website and working through every tweak. At the end of the day, the team worked together seamlessly, handled challenges as they came up, and delivered a brand and website I'm genuinely proud of.

Unfortunately, SEO optimizing isn't my field and I got taken for a lot of $$. I hired another company to research the work they are doing for me and create a report. The report found They did such sloppy work on my main website and didn't even bother to do some of the basics. They charged me another grand to build a website, that wasn't worth $20.00. The website had tons of links that went nowhere! They didn't even redirect my other url's to my main website. There was also pig Latin on my blog! Then the owner john continued to go on and on about what they did for me, totally missing the fact that the work they did do was amateur and sloppy at best. He continued to NOT take responsibility for the mistakes and sloppy work. BE warned, don't get swindled by these guys!!

I called them to have them come back and they said because it's been a week so they would not come back without charging me extra. I waited the week because I had appliances in the middle of the room due to a kitchen remodel. When they were doing their cleaning, they had to move the appliances around. Now that the room is empty, I see how bad it is. Justin claimed I had more work done and people were in that room. Well, people were in my kitchen, but not my family room where the floor is dinghy. Also, the grouting has been completed for several weeks so the grout haze isn't due to any additional grouting. I felt like $350 was steep but would've been happy had my floors gotten cleaned. The guys were nice so I give them 2 stars, but 7 days later they won't back up their work?
