I worked with Scott (unsure if he's the only tax preparer as there's a woman who answered the…read morephone). I am newer to the area and heard great reviews of this tax person. He asked why my taxes weren't dropped off sooner. I thought I was paying him to do my taxes, not provide counseling sessions, although my taxes were delivered prior to the deadline. It has now been over 2 months and I haven't received any notifications of there being preparations made towards completing my taxes. NOT going back!!! Poor customer service and regard to MY taxes which don't take long. I would imagine they could be done in 15 minutes like all the other tax places I've been to. Does one feel the need to punish PAYING CUSTOMERS because he wishes I would have dropped off my taxes on day one?! This is the first and LAST time I'll be working with Scott.
