I would like to start by saying I was a loyal State Farm Customer for almost 39 years and switched…read moreto Allstate only because a freind and owner Raymond Strvoveglia asked for my business. I gave them house, cars, motorcycles I thought it was odd by all the finacial questions they asked never having to supply so much before. It started ok then we would get new statements and insurance cards every two weeks. They made things get so confusing they would tell me I owed $300 one month and $700 another month. My policy should have been locked in for the six months. After two years of all thier confusion and endless paper work I decided we have to switch back to State Farm. I switched at the end of my policy period should of had a balance of $224.00 but instead got a final bill for $702. When I called to try and get clarification or an explanition I got no where and was told that Ray the owner would call me because he was the one handling my account. I waited several days did not hear back I called his personal cell phone and got no respones my texts went unanswered. I called the office and was told he was away in Aruba. I waited two weeks called the office again and this time he was vacationing in the mountains. Long story short I recieved notification they put me in collections and this effected my credit rating. I can't belive that any company would do that with out reaching out to you. I still have not heard back from Ray as he ghosted us. I have been back with State Farm now six months they take $324 a month with no Shenanigans. FARE WARNING IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT FRIENDS I FEEL BAD FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS.

I wouldn't deal with this branch. I am a 23 year old female. I've been a driver on my Mother's…read morepolicy for over a year and had my license since I was 17. I've had 2 minor stop sign tickets and a minor accident that was not my fault. Obviously, I understand why an insurance company may be apprehensive to insure such a young driver with a history of 2 tickets. I would have been understanding if they told me "no, we cannot insure you." Instead, I was lied to. I was told by Raymond S that since my Mother had been a loyal client for so many years, they will do me a favor and insure me. I was told that he could "definitely spin me off the policy" and was told as soon as I had the VIN number of the new car I was purchasing, to give him a call and he will sign me up. He said it would take 15 minutes, no hassle. Fast forward to when I had the VIN number and information of my new car. I called Ray's office and was told by another woman named Denise that "no, sorry, we can't insure you." After telling her I was told by Ray that I could definitely be insured, she put me on hold to go speak with someone, came back and told me no. My Mother was also told by Ray that I could be insured. I didn't want to be rude or fight this battle, so I said "okay" and signed up on a ridiculously expensive policy through one of their brokers. I don't appreciate being lied to. Making promises to clients that cannot be kept is not how to keep business. I would not have been bitter if I was explicitly told no from the beginning. Then I received a letter from Allstate stating that the reason they could not insure me was due to my credit history. Mind you, I have a 721 credit score and have had credit since the moment I turned 18. The letter stated the largest reason they did not offer me insurance was because I didn't have a long enough credit history. No one mentioned this to me over the phone. This is not true either, considering every 23 year old that drives a car has insurance; it's not relegated to only people with 10+ years of credit history. All in all, I will not be using Allstate when I am able to switch from a "broker" to a cheaper and more reputable company.

I was 8 days away from being expired on my commercial liability policy. Cutting it way to close. The first conversation had with TCE was with Susie and I knew I was in good hands. I don't know how her and her team was able to get everything done, and provided me with the COI I needed to start a project. The COI was issued within an hour of signing and paying for the policy. It use to take 1-2 weeks if I was lucky. I'm a small fish in a big pond when it comes to my industry but TCE took me in and made me feel like I was their only client. Called TCE on a Friday at 1pm and by Tuesday at 3pm they took over my policy from existing agent, got it renewed and issued the COI I desperately needed... 2 business days! I couldn't be happier.

I never missed a payment, so there was no need for him and I to communicate during those 3 years. I sold my house June 2020, and anyone who has sold a house understands how overwhelming it can be (not to mention selling/moving during a pandemic with a newborn baby). In November 2020, I received an automated email telling me it was time to renew my homeowners policy. I overlooked notifying Ed to cancel the policy, and I acknowledged this as being my mistake. I immediately contacted Ed to ask if he could cancel the policy because the house is sold, and I would update him as soon as I went under contract with the new house. About 1 week later I received a refund check from State Farm for the months of October through December. I again contacted Ed to ask why I wasn't refunded from June. His response was " The company backed dated the request from initial notification of 11/3/2020 to 10/4/2020 as a courtesy." I couldn't believe a company like State Farm wouldn't issue a full refund, so I called them directly and spoke with Nick. My issue was fixed after a few minutes. I told Nick I did not want to deal with Ed any more, so Nick called Ed directly to tell him they would honor my refund pending submission of my closing disclosure. Ed had the audacity to email me and say he called State Farm and got the refund approved. I was floored by his outright lie. I sent him a screenshot of my phone call to State Farm, which was made 3 minutes after I received his email telling me they would only refund me from October "as a courtesy." Screenshot pictures uploaded for reference. Ed Lynch is a liar. Avoid him. State Farm is fantastic and Ed is not a reflection of their company.
