Member for 7+ years. They were good back in the day. A couple years ago they changed how they pay bills. Basically they "re-price" a bill based on what they feel is a "fair" price. If the provider doesn't agree (which most don't, since it's not contracted insurance), then you're left to fend for yourself on the balance. This is a HUGE issue for hospital/ER visits. Now, it's terrifying to go to the ER for something small. They will "reprice" a multi-thousand dollar bill to under $500 (the threshold that you have to pay out of pocket for ER bills) and leave you to fend for yourself on the remaining balance. Just google them, there are multiple lawsuits from providers suing them for non payment of bills AND naming the patients in the lawsuits too. read more

My spouse and I used to rave about Liberty when we first started. They were efficient, friendly, and we could go to any provider. Fast forward to a medical emergency when I had a concussion, $3k ambulance bill out of town, and a $12K ER hospital bill. How much did Liberty pay? A little over $1,000. Two years later we have debt collectors calling all the time. After being with them for almost a decade and currently paying over $6k a YEAR - we're DONE. They play the "oh we didn't receive XX' from the hospital" game. We deleted them and will just save the $500/month to cover my expenses. I wouldn't waste my time with this "Christian" network healthshare and I'm really disappointed becuase I bought into their whole BS philosophy but now I see how they really operate. UPDATE: People need to know - if you go to an ER, or into surgery, or an MRI, you have NO idea what the places charge ahead of time and NO idea how much of it Liberty will pay. And there is NO way to know - NONE. Liberty doesn't post the pricing. They don't tell you what they will pay. They just say "we're negotiating." You submit your bill and cross your fingers. Some get fully paid and others land you with a $20,000 balance bill for a colonoscopy, or $2000 bill for MRI, or $2500 bill for the ER. (All of those bills showed up at my door in the past 12 months and none of them were expected, as I went to great lengths to ensure we were within the guidelines!!) Oh and we signed up for the dental and mailed all the receipts in where they told me to but I haven't heard a word. Did they get lost? Who knows. UPDATE with regards to my husband's cancer. We spent 4 months waiting on Liberty to negotiate prices for surgery and in that time my husband's colorectal tumor grew two centimeters, invaded the prostate, and was experiencing impaction/ blockage. My husband became weak, bedbound, and in such pain you wouldn't wish it on your enemy. 90mg of Morphine couldn't squash the pain, while Liberty tells me to find another hospital and just wait on more negotiations. When I accused them of putting my husband life at risk, they FINALLY agreed to reimburse us $78,000, but not a penny more. Thank God we got Marketplace insurance because thanks to Liberty's ongoing negotiations my husband needed two surgeries - which is exceeding that amount. Why are we still paying $1200/ month with a one million dollar limit if they will only pay pennies on the dollar? People need to know what is happening here. Liberty is going to cost people their lives and their livelihoods. I'm just waiting for a lawsuit when these never-ending "negotiations" finally lead to someone's death. read more

I used to have a raving 5 star review for them and I wish I didn't even have to give 1 star. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER. If you know of anyone that is a member or considering become a member tell them not to. There are other health sharing ministries but this one does not honor their word and feel they can change guidelines on a whim and have. It happened to me. I submitted a bill for reimbursement for a wellness exam for my child In November 2021. I had made sure to submit the bill within the take frame allowed. December 1st, they updated their guidelines so that any bill submitted within 60 days of cancelling your account wouldn't be paid. So essentially you will be paying for "coverage" for 2 months but you won't actually be reimbursed or covered during thise It was processed incorrectly because the provider made a mistake on the billing codes so I was asked to resubmit with the correct bill which I did. Several months went by and I called again and there was an issue once again and it was sent back for reprocessing. I called yesterday to check on the status and was told that they changed their guidelines and because of their change in guidelines would not be paying my medical bill. I loved Liberty Health Share and I'm so sad to see it go downhill. I understand that there may be necessary changes that occur to keep a business viable but to change guidelines AFTER a bill has already been submitted and say you won't pay it, is pretty unreal. We have had Liberty Healthshare for five years now. They have continually upped their prices drastically over the years and come up with excuses as to why they aren't liable to pay for certain medical bills (those less than $200) and reprice everything at usually around 25% of the bills cost in our case, meaning we are liable for 75% of the bills. Don't be fooled. This is not a religious organization caring about people's medical bills. This company is a scam and should be shut down. read more

Liberty Health Share has been a God-send for me! I have been with them since 2016. They covered a large hospital bill and all the attendant doctor's, tests, ambulance bill, and more. So grateful for all their help over the years. Their program got more and more streamlined and easy to use now. The people who work for them are all really lovely, warm, caring people. I had an serious accident earlier this year where I broke my femur, requiring emergency surgery and a three day hospital stay. Looking at the reviews, I had some apprehensions. However in my experience, Liberty did exactly what they promised, within a reasonable period (60 days). After I was admitted, I immediately contacted Liberty to get prenotification retroactively. Then, when working with the various providers (doctors, the hospital, ambulance, etc.) I told them all that I was uninsured and self paying. As the bills came in, they all reflected varying self pay discounts of about 30-40% from "retail". When you submit bills to Liberty yourself, you need to contact the billers for the CPT, Diagnostic and DRG codes yourself, which was a fair amount of work on my part, made worse by the billing departments being staffed with people whose main mission is to extract money from your rather than responding to questions. When all was said and done, my discounted bills came to about $45k. After deductible and copays, I paid $20k and Liberty paid $25k. For a catastrophic coverage plan (the very low cost $225/month Liberty Essential plan) this is outstanding. The only reason I don't give Liberty 5 stars is that it's a pain to submit claims, so if you can get the providers to bill Liberty directly, it's much easier. Liberty has a list of providers available, but in my emergency case I didn't have a choice for providers so I had to deal with the billing myself. read more

Stay Away from Liberty Healthshare. They use "Christian" principles to pulls in members, but are just another "insurance" company at heart. Communication is difficult. I have had two separate issues where LHS has proven unable or unwilling to do basic accounting. I have been with Liberty Healthshare since April 2015. They have been exactly what they have claimed. They share member medical expenses based upon the amounts available from donations. They have seen us through several hospitalizations and other extended treatments. For a period of time during 2020-2022 the needs exceeded the demands and therefore they were unable to cover everything. Having said that, my daughter was reimbursed for expenses submitted during that time period, but it was about a year and a half later (even though she is no longer a Liberty HealthShare member.) I wish I could give them 0 stars. I've been a member for 5 years and originally joined because they were friendly to more holistic care and choosing things like thermography over mammography. Every year the coverage has become less and less - like limited reimbursement for chiropractic and acupuncture. The change in April 2024 to only reimburse at Medicare rates has meant that the out of pocket expenses are significantly increased. Everyone knows that Medicare pays bottom barrel prices. They keep saying to allow the doctors to bill, but many don't take any insurance or at least not Liberty, so that's not an option. Also, the routine tests I've had done that do bill Liberty directly, Liberty is reimbursing more than the "cash patient" price I was quoted! So they won't reimburse my actual paid rate, but when I don't pay as a cash patient and they bill Liberty, Liberty reimburses them more! But as two of my doctors don't take any insurance means they also don't charge Medicare rates for an hour appointment. Liberty is reimbursing me for a 10 minute Medicare appointment vs the hour I actually had with the doctor. Makes no sense. Additionally their reimbursement per appointment varies for no apparent reason, just random numbers. They also deny nearly everything at first, requiring hours of phone calls and appeals for everything. It's always been that way, but this year is especially bad with denials and slow processing and very small amount being "eligible" for reimbursement. They also ask for lot of information that multiple doctors offices have said they've never had a patient need. I think that's part of the new denial process to keep asking for more details per bill hoping members will give up. The number of hours I've spend on the phone per bill it would have been more cost effect to just pay it myself. The amount of frustration and time is just not worth the time. The one positive is the people that answer the phone are very nice, but all they can do is listen try to understand the details, and send bills back for reprocessing. Which zero of those send backs have resulted in a satisfactory reprocessing since April. I'm still going round and round with phone calls and emails and appeals on multiple bills for months and months. I'm not sure what kind of staffing changed with the new repricing scheme but it's not working. Same with their new dental plan. They processed the bill incorrectly and I still haven't received reimbursement from July. Do yourself a favor and choose another healthcare solution! Liberty is pricey and not living up to it's own sharing guidelines. And there's no tax benefits, so it's even more expensive. So disappointing after investing 5 years that what I signed up for is totally different than the program is now. Update based upon the reply below. While it sounds nice, I have not found a provider that is listed in that HST Connect data base who takes Liberty, so it's useless. I call and tell them that's where I found them and they say they've never heard of Liberty and won't take it so I need to pay cash up front. I have provided all that info and more, for all my bills, many of which have been pending for over 6 months. The customer reps have offered to call and harass my providers for information, which I declined as the amount of information I have already asked for is burdensome. And I'm attempting to maintain a good relationship with the providers. They are doing me a favor since I've already paid them and there's no benefit to them whether I get reimbursed partially or not. They don't have to provide any information to me beyond a receipt. And it can take weeks or months before some of them do get the information since they don't have it. Again, it's burdensome requirements from Liberty that just started in April. There is literally no one at Liberty to talk to who knows anything. The customer service reps (again, very nice people, but they can do nothing - must be a very frustrating job for them) have suggested emailing info@ and the answers from that email are so vague and confusing that they are no help at all. I am still waiting for someone to explain how I'm supposed to only pay "fair and reasonable" prices. I've yet to meet a doctor or lab that negotiates with cash paying customers down to Medicare prices. Most doctors don't take Medicare because it pays so little! I'll give another example. I had blood work done in May. My doctors office network has reduced rates for their cash pay patients. My bill was $520. Liberty has always reimbursed for labs prior to the change in April. This time they "repriced" it down to $60! It's been appealed over and over and still remains finalized at a $60 reimbursed expense. Which means that in order to meet the $1000 "deduction" this $520 bill would only count for $60. There is no movement on any of my questions and appeals since the new April repricing scheme. read more

I would not advise anyone to ever use Liberty Health Share. My wife and I were members for about four years and they still owe us over $1800 that we covered from our own pockets and we were promised a reimbursement approximately two years ago and I called them over a dozen times and was told the same story that they weren't sure when but that they would be mailing us a check. Run from Liberty Health Share do not use them. They cannot manage their affairs and will eventually go bankrupt. read more

Liberty has been great in helping with my medical bills. They paid for my quad bypass surgery 8 years ago and have covered costs associated with multiple strokes in August of this year. This is real insurance, though properly called health care cost sharing. For this to work it does require some work on the person covered by the plan, but I have always found staff at liberty to be very helpful with my questions and concerns. The savings compared to conventional insurance are Real and can be substantial. Thank you Jesus and thank you liberty for shepherding me through more than one medical crisis. I highly recommend Liberty to those seeking out an affordable health care solution, especially if you are self employed. read more

I have been on liberty health share for over 10 years. I was happy at first then they started changing everything. Don't cover under $200. Then they changed and don't cover colonoscopy any more. which is a wellness thing. Then if you want to cancel, they don't cover any bills you have incurred in the last 60 days. I have been trying to cancel since January, called Feb 20th, was told I was good to cancel. Called back Feb 25th to cancel, now they say they won't cover a anesthesiology bill so now I'm back in till April which is really pissing me off. They don't take credit for mistakes they make. I had Dr's appointments scheduled in March because I have just gotten on Medicare and waiting to switch my insurance to better. This is crap!!! I wouldn't go back with them ever!!! They took over 2 years to get some of my bills paid which were many. I had creditors calling me, sent to collections and all. I"M OUT!!! read more

i loved liberty when i first joined them- they were honest and supportive of health and well being. over the years they devolved so much i finally left them and got regular health coverage. they were taking a year to reimburse expenses, questioning everything. taking forever to respond. their agents seemed stressed and overworked. then all the news came out about the owner of the company filtering money out to buy homes and expand their own wealth- but not actually pay to keep the company in good standing. that is the point at which i left. when i closed my account after being with them for years they just dropped off. there were still refund checks i should have received NOT A PEEP FROM THEM. the amount of hours i spent on the phone with them to follow up on things was like a part time job. not worth it. read more

Liberty Heathshare has been a great way and cost efficetive way for us to take care of our health.

Liberty HealthShare came into my life at precisely the right moment. As an Independent Contractor, I had been looking for something like Liberty for a long time, until a friend told me about it. The annual $1K out-of-pocket deductible was a drop in the hat compared to the almost $1500 I was paying Anthem BC/BS a MONTH as an individual policyholder. I easily passed the heath test upon applying for coverage. For almost ten years now, with the exception of one protracted claim regarding a routine colonoscopy that was more the hospitals fault than Liberty's, the only items I submitted for sharing were annual wellness checks. Liberty was the perfect bridge from Anthem to Medicare which starts in September 2024. Thank you, Liberty. You were there When I needed you. RFW read more

I haven't had any issues with LHS. I had my son back in 2020 and everything was taken care of

I joined the program 8/2020 and chose a primary care physician off the Liberty website. This doctor offers free preventative and meds at cost but you pay a $75/mo membership to the Doctor and Liberty said they would reimburse $40/mo of the monthly fee. I was excited to find a good solution that cost less than $400/mo. After the first month, Liberty raised their rate from $299/mo to $399/mo. I wasn't happy about it but went with it. (now $474/mo before $40/mo reimbursement) It's now May of 2020 and I have yet to receive a single $40 reimbursement check even though I have submitted for one diligently each month since October 1 which was my first eligibility for reimbursement. I have spent hours on the phone hearing various excuses and they said it "can take up to 6 months for reimbursement." It's been 8mos and still nothing. I've spent so many hours on the phone with this quasi insurance company trying to get tiny amount of money reimbursed per their promise and I finally just gave up and dropped out of the plan. If they jerk you around for 8 months and counting for such small monies reimbursed, can you imagine what would happen if you had a serious health problem? You'd have to pay thousands out of pocket and then hope that one day Liberty would reimburse you. This is a total scam. Don't do it! read more

Updated Review: It has been over 180 days and my bill still has not been paid. I called today and was told that they are currently working on paying through July 2020 and will get to my October and November bill in a few months. So we are expecting a 9 month turn around to pay the bills. On top of that, it has been 1.5 months since I received a collection notice. Apparently they don't care if they ruin your credit and destroy your life. The woman on the phone was very patronizing trying to explain how a health share works....I get how it works....but it doesn't work if you don't have enough funds to cover any of the medical expenses. These people are nothing but thieves. They take your money every month but do NOT pay for the members valid medical expenses. I waited over 18 months for them to pay a valid $1,200 medical expense & eventually ended up paying it myself to keep my credit from being ruined. Month after month of dealing with collectors & having our credit score go down because Liberty Health Share wouldn't pay what they owed. To make matters worse, they robbed me of $675 in "member fees" AFTER I requested cancellation! I sent written request to LHS as instructed by their staff & even called before they charged me to verify. As a second precaution I also put a stop payment for Liberty Health Share on my credit card. But Liberty Health Share as a "Christian" ministry, had the audacity to use a different merchant code to STEAL hard earned money from me in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic at that! If you are still having thoughts of using them, DON'T! Just look at their financials; that is convincing enough. They literally have millions of medical expenses due to their members that they do not have the funds to pay! How are they still allowed to get away with this scam??? This outfit should be illegal! Please avoid this HealthShare. As a self-employed person, I was looking for alternatives to the current health care options, so I went to HealthShares. I chose Liberty as they will share up to $1,000,000 per incident which is much higher than other HealthShare options. Unfortunately, the entire process is a nightmare. SUBMITTING BILLS AND REIMBURSEMENT Once you visit a doctor, you can submit a bill online. After that, you have to wait for them to process it. They say that this takes 30-45 days, but I've found that it takes more than that. Plus, if there is any little thing wrong with the bill, they will reject it. The problem with this is that they don't let you know they've rejected it. They won't work with you to resolve issues on bills which means that you have to find out by checking your portal and then you have to start the process again from the front of the line, essentially tack another 30-60 days onto the lead time. As an example, my child had a checkup on July 17th. Today, October 13th, I checked the portal to find that they rejected the bill because "it was too hard to read." Now I have to resubmit which means that it will probably be February before I see a check..as in seven months after the checkup. I added a screenshot of another example for you. In this situation, I first submitted the bill for Dr. Jeffrey S. Lodge, MD on June 25th. They still haven't responded to that request at all. I then recreated the same under case 18-01560239. This one was serviced and paid out four months after the original visit. When you are self-paying, 4-7 months is a long time to wait for reimbursement. CUSTOMER SERVICE Customer care is abysmal. They seem put out to talk to you and offer no help whatsoever. This is most definitely do it yourself "insurance" (it's not insurance) in that you are completely responsible for learning their process and procedures and following them without guidance. Honestly? My take is that this place is a bit of a scam. read more

Liberty HealthShare - Community Service/Non-Profit Near Me - Canton, Ohio

My wife and I joined Liberty Healthshare in early 2018. So I just wanted to share what are good and what are bad based on my 5+ years of experience with this organization: The good: The premium was much lower and the deductible was also lower when we fisrt joined them. So their premium was very competitive then. I was not restricted to a network of medical providers, as Liberty Healthsahre in general would work with any medical providers. However, some medical providers do not recognize and do not accept Liberty Healthshare. Their customer support was pretty bad 3 to 4 years ago. It took a long time (well over 30 minutes) to get the call through. In the past 2 years, that has changed for much better. However, some agents are not as experienced. The Bad: They are quick to process any claim that they do not have to pay. But when there's sharable bill, it takes a long time. In the first 3 years after I joined, it took approximately 6 months, if not longer, for them to pay their share to the medical provider. I often received several letters from various medical providers and labs for the balance that Liberty Healthshare had not paid. In the past two years, I have not filed any claims, except one (will talk more about that one below), so I do not know if that has been improved or not. My wife dropped out 2 years ago. And I am relatively healthy. I seldom ever get sick. I hardly ever need to see a doctor, except for my annual physical exam. So they just keep taking my monthly share ($279.00 per month now) without having to pay for anything other than my annual physical exam. And that's fair, because I have not been seeing doctors. However, on 10/9/2021, I went to a local pharmacy and got my annual flu shot, and the flu shot was totally and 100% covered by Liberty Healthshare. I paid the $24.00 fee at the pharmacy and immediately filed the claim. If I recall correctly, that's my only claim for the past 2 years. It is now April 2023, i.e. one and a half year since I filed the claim. I still have not gotten reimbursed for the $24.00! I called them 3 to 4 times in the past year inquiring the status of the claim. They gave the exact same answer each time, i.e. They have been trying to reduce the backlog by focusing on claims filed in 2022. Claims file prior to 2022 will be handled, but they don't know when. So I am about to terminate my membership with Liberty Healthshare. I don't know they will ever reimburse the $24. I have been "covered" by Liberty Healthshare, even though I did not need much of their coverage. It's for the peace of mind that I am covered medically. But their reimbursement process needs to be improved drastically. If they are so tardy in reimbursing such a trivial claim that I filed, I can not imagine how timely would they process claims from members who are having much serious and costly medical procedures. read more

I really hate writing bad reviews for companies, but if there ever was a company that deserved all of the 1 star reviews you see here, it is Liberty Healthshare. They truly are a dishonest and unethical company to work with. Not only do they take forever to pay bills and provide reimbursement, they will slash your bills to a fraction of what they said they would pay and leave you with the rest of the bill. Just look at the share guidelines. As of this year, they do not do any balanced billing. If you go to the hospital for an emergency or even a procedure they approve with a pre-authorization, they will cut the bill to Medicare rates which will be a fraction of the bill and leave you to pay for the rest. I was given the wrong information from some of the associates at Liberty and it has cost us a lot of money. I have called a couple of different supervisors and nobody will return my calls or look into my concerns. As Liberty states, they are not an insurance company. They pride themselves on being a sharing ministry doing great work for people but just read the Google reviews and look them up in the BBB to see clearly that they are not taking good care of people. Because they are not regulated by the health department as an insurance company, when they refuse to pay your bill or leave you with a large balance, you have no recourse. My intention with this review is not to bad mouth the company but to save others from the same nightmare that my wife and I are dealing with. read more

Wow. What a racquet. This company deserves NO stars. Why hasn't the gov't shut them down? 1) - I just received [4/17/2024] emails from them stating: "We have finalized the processing of your medical bill and a check has been issued." I'm named as the Payee. The invoices were for medical services rendered in 2020 and 2021. 3-4 years ago! I phoned LHS, only to have the agent inform me the checks were sent to my providers. I personally paid 3-4 months after services when I received statements saying LHS didn't pay, and to avoid being sent to collections. Now I have to contact each provider in order to receive the moneies I paid in full. 2) They charge $300+ /month to be a member; then you need to submit 3 pages of a Reimbursement Request to receive approx $30 back. IMHO, they count on members not to submit monthly Requests in order to keep the $30. Why would they have you jump through these hoops otherwise? 3) When I required a surgery, UCLA wouldn't accept this company. Why? I was told it was because they failed to pay. This caused the surgery to be delayed, causing the problem to excerabate. 4) Is this honestly a Christian based ministry??? I think Jesus wouldn't agree. This company started out with good intentions and it worked for us, that was 5 years ago. But they were overloaded with memberships and over promised to their members and doctors. They are not paying their "backlog", and that is because they did not take in enough money to pay the bills, by the millions of dollars. Then their form submission requirements are terrible. I pay the self pay amount for a service, and then they want to know what the "original" price was, when that is the price. So now they won't consider my bill because they need to know the original price. Don't sign up for this company, if you don't have to. I don't have a lot of health issues, so it's not too concerning for me, just frustrating. But if you are looking for help paying your medical bills, look elsewher. read more

Steer clear of this health share. I have been trying to get bills paid since 2018. The company faces website problems. Improper communication and unresponsive staff. I have tried getting my bills paid from Shane Clark for 1 year. He keeps asking for documents that I already sent him. I send emails to their Facebook messenger, and it does nothing. I filed a complaint with the BBB and joined a Facebook group in which many other member are experiencing the same problems. It appears this organization is under bad management, and trying to swat away claims to stay afloat. I'm now out over $2500, which Liberty has not reimbursed! read more

I have tried several times to contact them during business hours and the offices are closed. Almost every bill I submitted was rejected even though I met the deductible. In another instances, they claim they reimbursed the provider even though I paid in full in advance and in one case, the provider confirmed that he never received the reimbursement. Very suspicious. I noticed that on all the other, similar negative reviews there's someone named Deanna who responds and describes herself as a business owner and pastes rhetoric on why they don't pay--- 'we're a healthshare, not a health insurance'. This is not acceptable. You take our money monthly - like an insurance premium for the purpose of covering our expenses, but then you don't. You cannot hide under the excuse of your ministry. Run screaming in the opposite direction of this organization. Despite following every guideline and prenotification they require, two years later they have not paid for my $16k surgery. Bill collectors are chasing me, and this right wing organization is being sued by at least one class action effort. Terrible choice. Life ruining. read more

I have been a member of Liberty HS for several years. I was pleased and have told others about them. Today my rate doubled! Yep! doubled! I was notified in a newsletter. NO email, No reminder to change plans by a certain date. So today, I get an email saying my acct will be charged in 5 days. So I call to change my plan and I can't until next month. No attempt to be flexible or work with me. I'll be cancelling. the extra $200 a month, yep, it went up $200 a month in one increase!!!! It is no longer a savings to go with them. Joining Liberty Healthshare has been the absolute worst financial decision of my life. We have been sent to collections 3 times, and threatened many more times. Since Liberty is not a health insurance company, and therefore do not sign price agreements, when being sent to collections by these providers they send you for the maximum billable amount, an amount that no insurance company or cash paying customer actually pays. One example is a CT scan that I am currently being threatened over, which the provider is demanding that I pay over $8000 for. Liberty healthshare hasn't done a thing. They haven't even sent an explanation of services telling this company that they plan to pay and how much they plan to pay. This is outrageous. My view on this company is that they are essential bankrupt. They don't have money to pay the bills. Despite this, they continue to act as though everything is fine, and members keep getting more and more bills. Eventually the house of cards will collapse and people will be stuck. I hope that I get reimbursed before that happens. read more

I honestly can't imagine how the customer service could be any worse. I won't bore you with all of the stories and details, but just know it takes 6+ months to see any kind of refund. Also, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone at Liberty. Whenever you call the existing member line it is a 30+ minute wait only to be hung up on. If you call the "new member" line your call will be answered almost immediately. I have bills from November that still haven't been resolved. Switching to traditional insurance 6 months into pregnancy is the best decision we made. Sure we pay $300/ month more, but Liberty isn't going to pay for anything any so the savings doesn't really matter. Just an update-- over a year later and no reimbursement for routine pregnancy care! Another update-- 15 months later and approximately 100+ phone calls later and we still can't get reimbursed for $1000 worth of routine prenatal care. We were promised January 3rd that we'd have a check in 90 days...it's currently May 8th. Spent 45 minutes on the phone to be told it's being sent to Member Resolutions and they may know something in another 21 days! The absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with. read more
