Please read this review and heed the warning. First of all, medical marijuana is not a monopoly here in Winter Haven, FL or anywhere else where cannabis is sold. Products and pricing is pretty much the same at any dispensary. I believe that businesses should be accountable for what they do or don't do. Here's my story: Last Saturday I went to my local Liberty Health Sciences dispensary to purchase two 1 gm vape cartridges at $35 each. I paid for it and they put it in a bag and I went home. When I got home I opened one vape cartridge package and screwed it into a vape pen. I then opened the second package and...it was empty. The only thing in the box was the protective plastic cap that goes on the threaded tip. Today, I returned to the dispensary and told them what happened. The assistant manager told me that it's happened before. Either an in house theft or done at there production facility. So I asked if it was conceivable that their store room may contain empty packages and she said yes. Well I said that the right thing to do would be to replace what I bought but didn't receive. It's only $35 but it would be the right thing to do. She asked about the box that the cartridge came in and I told her that I threw the boxes in the trash. She told me that the best she could do per her manager was to give me a 10% ($3.50) discount on my next purchase. After I stopped laughing and told her where she could stick it, I vowed NEVER to go to Liberty Health Sciences ever again. So, I'm appealing to all of my fellow medical cannabis users to not go to Liberty because they knew there was a problem and their attitude towards me is that it's too bad for me. So I implore you, my cannabis buds, to avoid Liberty Health Sciences wherever you are because they told me that it's an ongoing problem and they do not respect their customers. read more

This place hits it out of the park every single time. The staff goes beyond expectations to get the product I need. And if they don't have it they try their absolute hardest to get me the next best thing. Cheapest flower. Best sales. This place can't be beat! read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see a dispensary open in Polk county, Winter Haven was a bonus! I will start by saying I have tried every "brand" of dispensary in central Florida. The great thing about Liberty is there is never a crowd or long wait (I've waited hours at some Trulieve & CuraLeaf locations). Parking is in a safe area and ample. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't tried their concentrate yet but the indica Vapes are very helpful. They offer several discounts, so don't hesitate to ask! read more

Soooo...I visited this dispensary for the first time last week. Happy to use the discount and buy some of their quality products. The Hybrid concentrate is the best and I love that they carry PAX products (more selection please). I have no idea what the "stuckup" first reviewer meant, because there were 2 really Sexy guys dispensing my meds. read more

This place mostly false advertises so you can get inside. Then they hit you with the "our website says we are restocked, but we are sold out. Want to buy a $70 cartridge?". All false advertising to get you to waste your time and maybe settle. Any dispensary is better than this place. read more
