The manager seemed to be annoyed I was there. I have been going to Alamo Cycle Center for years with no issues. If you have a Yamaha ATV and need maintenance use Southwest Suzuki Kawasaki on 1000 Hwy 70 W. Their maintenance prices are very reasonable and they are very friendly. I cut my bill by almost 1/2 compared to White Sands Motorsports.

I called Southwest Suzuki as soon as it opeaned and spoke with Sturgis. I aked him about a tire cor a Vulcan 1700 he said I'll get back with you. Two hours later I went by. I spoke with Tyler. He gave me heart breaking news that Saterday was the soonest and would be 300.00. Happy to pay the price but im here from CO and Im here to ride. I shelled out the 310. I asked if he could look with me at the front. He said no doesnt need it. I agreed. Then I noticed my back tire wasnt as safe as I thought was showing cord. I went home called my friend he said im in Bernaleo call Kawasaki in Albuquerque and you can pay me back. I said thank you I said ill let Southwest put it on cince ill need a refund ill see if that will mount it and give restock fee. I called spoke with Tyler he said no you cant get ypur mony I already ordered it. I said no way thay shiped it call them tell them not to send it. Only been a hour.I said im here from out of town and im sure your vender will understand. He said YOU ARE MAKING YOjUR PROBLEM MY PROBLEM. I couldent beleve what he said. I told him I was a business owner and I would never tell a customer that. I said if you cant sympathize with me you dont deserve a bike shop.I said I will go to the court house and have you pay for my return trip in small claims. He said ill see you in court. I said look at least call your vender and see if thay shipped it. He said ill call you back.I drove back down there and he said I jave to pay shipping and restocking fee. I was looking for my receipt he didnt give me. I said you didnt give me a receit. He said then I never seen you before then. Then I said yes you did and you didnt offer a receipt so no transaction no resock or shipping he kept 50 some odd dollors and gave me around 250 back. Again no receipt. I want prof he sent it back. I have 0 trust in this company

My motorcycle was stolen while it was here! Warning, long post. I brought my 2022 Kawasaki to Las…read moreCruces Motorsports for a warranty repair of a minor oil leak. I had called their service department in advance to see if I needed to schedule an appointment but they told me that would not be necessary. My motorcycle only had 2400 miles on it and was in perfect condition so when I left it with them for repair, I asked that they please take good care of it; they assured me that they would. As you will discover if you read my entire post this was the first of three promises that they made to me which they failed to fulfill.       A few days after I had dropped it off there, I received a call from them. They wanted to let me know that when they went out to their lot to bring my bike inside for repair, they could not find it. They said that they then called the police to report it missing and upon providing the police with the vehicle identification number (VIN) the police department had already logged a suspicious activity report with the same VIN. The motorcycle was retrieved and returned to the dealership. The bike was severely damaged. The dealer denied any negligence and refused to file a claim with their insurance company.       I asked if the service department could remove the accessories from my old bike as I planned to install them on my replacement machine. They agreed and stated that I could come back and pick them up that afternoon. When I returned that afternoon, they had not done it yet (strike two). This was on a Saturday and they told me that they would have them ready for me to pick up on Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived on Tuesday afternoon the parts still were not ready as promised (strike three).       In the end I am absorbing a loss of several thousand dollars to replace my machine. I recommend that if you choose to do business with these people that you do so with extreme caution because, at least in my case, they do not do what they say that they will do. If I could give them zero stars I would but suffice it to say that I will never go back.

I bought a 2024 CFORCE 600 from this store and decided to bring it back so they can put some off…read moreroad lights and add a reserve gas tank. They did excellent work. But they recommended to do some major service. I had only owned it for 9 hours! They recommended to change a belt because the unit will continue to creep forward when place in neutral. I went ahead and approved the service and asked them to save me the old belt. The old belt showed no wear or glazing. When I pointed that out they just shrugged their shoulders. I feel like they just wanted to build up a bill. I also store it in my garage and keep it nice and clean but when I got it back after 3 weeks it was dirty and had some damage on the rims. It seems like they don't care after your purchase. They wouldn't even help me to resell it if I wanted to in the future.

Mainly ATV's Great 3 wheelers some real nice vehicles. Not a lot of motorcycles on the floor since it is mainly an ATV dealer but what they had was very nice new and used. Had a beautiful used MV Augusta Brutale liter bike low miles very reasonable. Had I the cash I would have purchased it on the spot. A new brand CT I had never seen were really nice and great prices new. The buyer for the dealer has excellent taste in road bikes. All the staff I mean all the staff were super friendly and are all riders. I'm glad I came here.
