Everyone here is SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. You can pretty much ask them anything cannabis related and if they know the answer they'll tell you, if they don't, they will either find someone there who does or they'll look it up(I've never been told "I don't know") everyone is super personable and amazing. This USED to be my favorite dispensary in Pittsburgh. But the new GM is so subpar it's unreal. On October 7, I placed an order online at Liberty Cannabis on W Liberty Ave in Pittsburgh. I expressed to your receptionist that I wanted to speak with a pharmacist because I wanted to add to my order and wanted to speak to someone knowledgeable about the strains and their medical benefits as I've been having a worsening arthritic issue and candida as the result of having Sjogren's Disease. I was informed there was presently at 5:30 pm no pharmacist on staff, but I would be paired with a manager. The """manager""" knew less about cannabis than I did other than the fact he liked to use it. The other employees were chiming in on my questions where he didn't know the answers, and overall I was not satisfied. But I thanked him for his "help" (though his blank stare as I looked through the menu and all he did was recommend Strane products like a sales man), was about as much help as I got other than "I think, I guess". He didn't even make any efforts to look things up. Since I added to my order, my total was about $80 more than my online order. But I noticed I had received an old receipt stapled to my bag instead of the updated one. I received my updated receipt and left. I noticed upon arriving to my mother's house about 15 minutes away that I was given Wedding Kush instead of Wedding Grapes even though the "manager" went over my order and recited "Wedding Grapes". I called and had to come back up to exchange it. When I arrived the "manager", asked me what was wrong and tried to blame it on adding to my order. But, this was one of the original items from my original online order. Then it took him 10 minutes to figure out the computer to exchange the product. He stapled the bag and said "there you go all set". No apology. I stood there and waited for 15 seconds, and he turned away awkwardly. I said excused me if I made someone come all the way back because of MY mistake I'd AT LEAST apologize. So he very sarcastically uttered "sorry for the inconvenience". I told him "wow dude I have no idea how you got to be a manager but I am going to call and email your headquarters and find out." His response to me asking your receptionist for the corporate number? Next order of any product in a plastic container since them storing it directly under the commercial HVAC ducts weigh it and then give them 5 stars!! dry crusty short some upwards of a gram off its should not be short or dry period & those same brands you can get at any other dispensary not short, not dry so that excuse is getting old & nice way to protect urself or try to but ur not the only ppl seeling pot here pretty sure you got a the market before you something like that. I cannot give liberty cannabis more praise.. I have had my medical card for 2 years now, I stumbled upon liberty whenever I got my med card. From the first day to 2 years later now, i have never one time had a bad experience as soon as you walk into the facility you're greeted with a smile and a " how're you today? " everyone is beyond eager to talk to you even when you're in the middle of checking out, they have no problem explaining the menu, their wonderful app or giving unbelievable service, they truly know what it's like to take care of their patients. I always have the absolute pleasure of my favorite bud tender " Eric ", every time I go in he makes it seem as if I'm right at my home and as if I've known him for 10 years, their staff is all fantastic, Eric thank you for your amazing costumer service and bringing joy to my every visit! The staff at Liberty is so much fun and super kind when I go in. They always have great recommendations and the rewards program has been pretty awesome for discounts on future visits. Location is great but the parking lot blows. Not their fault but if the lot isn't empty it can get pretty aggressive so street parking is the way to go.
