When I have gone into the bank everyone has been more than helpful, efficient, and personable (Church St location in particular). Despite arranging the meeting in advance to set up a business account, I arrived 10mins early and was informed by the person I had Appointment with I would need to come back because she was going to lunch! Definitely did not return and will not be! The lack of respect for their customer, my time and inability to manage their schedule effectively was very frustrating. It disrupted my day and delayed important transactions I needed to complete! This experience had significantly diminished my trust in TD banks ability to meet customer needs and manage time efficiently!
