I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Li by writing this review. She helped us above and beyond through the whole process. We are first time buyers and we're coming from California. So we gave her our trust to find the perfect apartment. We checked couple options when we came to visit and one of them was the right fit. So we immediately gave an offer And here all the fun started long story short we came earlier than we're supposed to, since there were couple bumps on the way and closing was delayed. But Li was there with us on every step. She wasn't just a realtor for us, she became a sincere friend. She was always available for us, always in contact with everyone else who was involved. She was aware about every problem and was offering the solution. We've got a problem , that our stuff from California is arrived earlier than we got keys so she was able to talk to the owner to let us just drop the stuff while we working on closing b the deal. And she always kept it positive. In the times we're we were loosing patience or hope she was there to pick us up. No matter what there was only a smile on her face and a strong believe that everything will come out good! I advice this woman with all my heart, because for us as a first time buyers it was such a nice experience only thanks to her! Thank you Lilush! read more

Li was a phenomenal real estate agent and found me the exact place I wanted to call home. I recently moved to Miami and got in touch with Li as I started my apartment hunt. In an extremely expeditious manner, Li found various options that were a perfect fit for my preferences. Not only that, but she proactively scheduled visits for each of them, working with my very inflexible schedule to get it done asap. Once we found a place, she was great in ensuring the owners fixed everything up to an acceptable standard. There were lots of things that I had no idea needed to be done prior to move in, and Li knew and made sure to get it done. I had a phenomenal experience working with Li and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to own or rent in the Miami area. read more
