the warranty of the brand is a joke, they claim 10 years on the refrigerator I bought but they hide the fact that they will charge you for the service and in this case that service for the replacement of the compressor was about 35% of the value of the refrigerator, that is a complete scam, never buying an LG product again. read more

This is the customer care center after sales of LG Electronics in Puebla, the place where you should go when a guarantee is required; only repair electronic items, washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners and computation; not serving mobile telephony. To give a team with warranty repair thing to do is to bring your team together with 2 copies of the policy of sealed and dated by store warranty and / or ticket sales. They will review the equipment at the time to confirm the fault and will raise the service order, themselves indicate approximately when you will have repaired or the response that will make the device; ready to give it to you when they call you (in my case I had to call 10 days to find out how was my repair). Generally good service just my complaints are, it takes call to get informed as will repair (well I said in my It would take if that did not have a spare) and take considerable time to give you the information you require so you must call from a landline (if you do not have unlimited minutor to all destinations or mobile battery is low). For the rest are good service, unremarkable simply good. read more

Purchased a new refrigerator and discovered a leak in the door water dispenser leaking after hookup. This is a discontinued model but we Contacted Customer service and they walked me through a potential fix. Individual frustrated me initially as they didn't seem to be listening to me. However, when it didn't correct the issue they scheduled a Factory tech to visit. The Technician, James, was prompt and courteous. He found that the reservoir had a small v shaped crack just above the hose. James went over and above to set a temporary fix until he could get a replacement. Then found a replacement and came back within an hour. Even though this is a discontinued model. Jim gets 5 stars overall 4 stars! Very satisfied with the final result after initially being frustrated by the phone support. Completely covered by the warranty. read more

The LG call center was mean and nasty. Like the other customer, my refrigerator leaked at the water dispenser and the lady at the overseas call center couldn't be more horrible. After getting the refrigerator installed it started to leak and she had to the audacity to blame me. She said that I would have to pay for work if it was the installer who created the problem. You know the one who did everything correctly. It turns out LG didn't tell the customer that the dispenser may dribble for the first day after you purge the system of air and contaminates. They did not tell the customer that it was only a problem if it was for more than one day. LG, YOU DON'T TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT FOR THEIR FAULT AS WELL AS THEIR BRAND NEW PRODUCT! read more
