Getting to the unit in the attic was a challenge, and they were extremely careful with walls, flooring and doorways. Price and equipment was competitive, but the service was beyond expectations. All three gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They went above and beyond, including clearing the drain lines to all my units, cleaning up (including vacuuming) all areas, and answering all my questions. I highly recommend this small business. From the first impression of Tim…read moreAlbertson, who came to look at my house and work up a bid, to final finish, the entire process came off without a hitch. I had recently had a number of bad contractor experiences, and talked frankly with Tim about what I expected. His work proposal was open and complete with costs for each function by room, in case I decided to not do the whole thing. I paid 50% of the cost up front, which is standard, but Tim wouldn't take payment until a week before the work was to start, since I booked it about a month in advance. The two painters assigned to do the work are professional, personable, skilled, and have wonderful work ethic and pride in what they do. Ethan and Isaiah never missed a work day, and allowed us to direct which part of the house would be painted each day. They are a joy to have around. They moved heavy objects and put back everything that they moved. ABE Paint Team is the best contractor I have worked with in the 2 1/2 years since I moved to Missouri. If you hire them, you will get honest, hard working people, and reasonably priced quality work.
