The guy that took our money was named Dean Gurney. The refund was due in November 2013 and me and my girlfriend( who actually paid them the cash) have since called their office countless times only to be told that the person responsible for refunds is never available or that she will call us back and never does. Her name is Angie Copsic. I am unable to travel to PA just to be told the same bull because I live in Boston, but I will take them to the local small claims court and will travel there for that.
