They clearly explained what services they could provide and what precautions would need to be in place to safely complete the job--something no other company took the time to do. That level of detail is what made me choose them. The team spent five hours dismantling and removing a 10x12 building, which ended up being two full loads--a significant amount of work. Throughout the process, they were incredibly kind and respectful, both in our phone communications and in their interactions with my mom, who was onsite. After the sell this week, I went back to the unit to have my contents moved into the new home. I discovered broken and damaged furniture and a tv.
