I was extremely patient at first, but when I started to get a bit more assertive, Chris Wofford became extremely condescending and starting calling me things like "Honey" -- which I absolutely don't allow, and I told him as much. After I told him that he was absolutely not to address me in such a way again, there was no communicating with him. It would have been easier trying to communicate with a toddler throwing a temper tantrum at the grocery store. He ended the conversation by threatening me and saying that he wouldn't even honor my gift card unless I stopped being "so rude to him." TRANSLATION: "If you don't let me demean you and treat you however the hell I want, then I'm going to keep your money without providing any goods in exchange -- and there's nothing you can do about it." It's clear that this crook never actually intended on honoring my gift card or (at the very least) providing me with a refund. It's no surprise that his store on Wilma Rudolph failed miserably.
