I started buying a house in Sept. finally closed in June. She conveniently forgets to turn on water…read morefor inspections because she knew pipes were broken, gets some idiot to fix and rip all ceilings out, washer hook up is 4 inches out of ceiling when we finally have to redo inspection. Our agent spent the last 5 months of this process doing her job for her. she accuses us of holding up sale in Oct because we went on vacation ( which was planned a year in advance), but she didn't even have a deed on the house yet. She is a nightmare to work with, acts like it is her first day on the job. She promised to have the water on for the closing so we could do the walk through, signed contracts, SHE DID'NT EVEN SHOW UP FOR CLOSING. get to house, no water. Water co can not get there for 3 days . She told our agent if we don't finish closing by end of day she would not accept any offers from us. We were bullied into signing. We could not move in for 3 days because of water and when it was turned on it ran down outside of house, in bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. Then plumbing started backing up and had to call a plumber because the pump/ grinder was broken on top of all the plumbing and sheetrock and painting.. I would recommend staying away from any house that has her name on it. I am not the only person who has problems with her. please stay away
