I know every apartment complex has their own issues and nothing is perfect. But, when I am falsely accused of going to do something because I asked a questions brought my radar out. at first I thought nothing of it but then my sons questioned me and that's when I took a hard look at what was said. I'm not happy and I think it is highly unprofessional especially in these times to be so judging of people and to put a blame on someone because of what another person did, who I don't even know and to not even know our story. the actual story is too long to add here but I will tell you i don't take kindly to this kind of staff. To add that if everyone on the lease doesn't have a score of 620 means no one lives here is crazy to me. I never heard of this either. they also want US to buy a rug for the living room+ for noise reduction and we aren't allowed to have an a/c in the small bedroom except a portable and we can only have an electric grill (my boys did not like this). I am beside myself and it's my job to show my boys life skills and this is one big lesson I have to show them. I don't take kindly to being laughed at when I ask a question twice without an answer and then she finally answers me like it didn't mean anything. my boys don't want to move in there now because of the way I was treated and also because I wouldn't be able to live there because my score isnt high enough and I'm on disability and have a lot of health issues. so much for giving them my business or my sons! that's not going to happen and I think I will take this to the better business bureau! I have looked at a lot of apartments and this is a first with all this nonsense of rules and credit score rules are bizarre for where they are. they aren't going to be able to hold anyone if they can get anyone to rent from them unless she gives them another story and another set of rules to go by. this place has become very judging and racism is real there!

Coming from a residential home to an apartment definitely has its pros and cons. However from the very first day, the staff has done everything to ensure my stay here is safe and comfortable. It didn't take long for me to start feeling at home. When my family visit, they are in awe at the quietness of the complex. As a working student, I can study and rest without noisy distractions. One can then truly appreciate when the children come to the courtyard to play and enjoy the beautiful weather or are splashing around in the large swimming pool. The grounds are immaculately clean and well-kept. Any requests for maintenance in my own apartment are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The management staff are respectful, friendly and supportive. The residential community is widely diversified and I can go so far as to say the connections I have formed with them really gives a sense of true family spirit. I highly recommend Brittany Springs to anyone looking for a positive apartment living experience.

***IMPORTANT***IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING IN STONEBRIDGE RUN, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:…read more I apologize in advance for the long winded review. Before renting, always consider the management. In this case Mandy Slover. They are the front line of your new home and create the dynamic...will my tenancy be fun, friendly and upbeat or will I be dealing with a jaded, calous and unreasonable personality in the front office whom has no time to listen to reason each time I have to speak with them about an inconsistency. After all, it's an apartment complex with multiple tenancies, and there wil be occasonal problems like any form of home ownership. You need to be heard. After reviewing the many negative reviews about Mandy Slover, the property manager at Stonebridge Run, it has now registered with me why my family has had such an awful experience. I thought perhaps I was passing judgement harshly, and this is not to say that my son and fiance could not have done better within their tenancy, but their rent was paid, and I even offered to pay the remainder of the lease, or at least for a couple of weeks while my son waits for their new apartment to be secured, so that an 8 year old, and 2 year old would not be on the street or in a shelter. In a follow up review, I will elaborate on the exact timeline of events leading up to her nasty mean spirited eviction after I was promised a month ago by Gabrielle, who is very nice and very approachable, that I could pay the rent for as long as necessary to keep the children safe and housed. You will be surprised how raw a person can be....perhaps in property management too long....or just not a people person. I happen to almost always lean on the side of the landlord or management, but when all is in check, the rent is paid, and there are no present lease violations, to put a family on the street without real justification is unheard of. Not from Mandy Slover!! She made it her mission to create a homeless situation for this family, even when I explained to her that I would satisfy the lease term, and pleaded with her to not put them out.....I only need a week or 2. It's about the children, and she knew their situation had improved very much, but her hatred had manifested so deep that she would not listen at all to reason. There were no problems at all on Friday at the time of my conversation. My son works very hard, and he did work for Stonebridge Run as a maintenance employee, but when his truck literally blew up (both timing belts gave out and the engine was shattered) and he could not get to and from the sister complexes, they said they no longer needed him, and he lost his job. I paid 4,500 for the repair so he could get back to work quickly, but the repair took 3 weeks and by that time Mandy Slover made the decision his family was to be out. Yes he was asked to leave since February, but I paid his rent to date to keep the children safe, and I would have continued. I will say that the PA eviction process is a brutal one, but Mandy Slover held the hammer on this one and she single handedly made sure a beautiful family of 4 was without housing. She did so with big grin on her face this morning when my son asked to please have another couple days to get everything out. They have been up for well over 36 hours and now have their personal property in the hallway instead of Mandy Slover extending a very small courtesy. I do not write many reviews, and they are never without very careful consideration regarding both sides of any story. Whether it is my family, friends, clients or arms length, ALL variables must be considered in a case like this. Not Mandy Slover...zero cnsideration. Sadly Mandy Slover will probably remain in her position as a jaded and caloused individual who takes pride in her ablity to crush struggling families to dust. Well done Mandy Slover. ***IMPORTANT*** All potential tenants at StoneBridge Run....please consider this review very seriously. I look for the good in everyone, and will most always find kindness through the blurred lines. NOT HERE. RENT ELSE WHERE!!

They plastered over the wet spot. 5 months in and I find out that They have a SERIOUS roach problem. They call them water bugs but these things are roaches. They were everywhere on the streets and even worse was when they got inside. Never even knowing what a water bug was I though it was a cricket till I tried to catch it. 2 months before my lease ends, my neighbor floods my bathroom and kitchen ceiling and water is everywhere. I refused to live in it for the remainder of my lease due to the inadequate ability of repair which was them once again plastering over wet dry wall! I asked what they would do for me and all they could offer me was a discount of $40! Never again will I rent for CORSA MANAGEMENT! Slum lords to the finest and operating at the bare minimum! And if you live in apartment 115 on Donna Drive, beware! That's where this negative feed back is coming from!

Issues from the get-go. For being such a cheap place in a not-so coveted area, you'd think the…read morerules wouldn't be so strict. To start, my boyfriend was given one set of keys when he signed to lease and denied a spare when he inquired. He wanted a set for me and/or a spare on hand. He was told no, and that if he ever got locked out or had an issue, he could come to the office. Which is funny because the office is a 9-5 business, and closed most of the weekend.... times were both at work and wouldn't need their assistance. So we made a copy of the key and good thing we did because not even a month later, his key (given to him by corsa management!) had snapped off as he was unlocking the outside door and he was unable to gain entry into the apartment.... on a Sunday..... while the office was closed. Had we not made a separate key, we would have been screwed. Furthermore, they publicly endorse a "pet friendly" environment. This actually makes me laugh... When we adopted our dog, they were all over it and very up in arms about his breed and size. He was a lab/staff mix and 42 lbs, within the weight restrictions. They need paperwork, they need to meet him, they need time, and ultimately denied our dog to live on the premise due to his breed. Why on earth make us wait forever for an answer when the reason for his rejection is his breed, a fact that had been clear and unchanged from the beginning of the process? Our dog is a service dog and we made that clear, making available his certification and tags. There are laws in place to protect owing service dogs in situations like this. While they considered it, it was still rejected after much, MUCH deliberation amongst management. They threatened to evict us if we didn't "get rid of" our dog..... Heartless and unlawful. And parking was a nightmare. We were in the front of the complex so it wasn't terrible all the time, but there is NOT enough parking to support the complex's tenants comfortably. And having company? Forget about it. One time someone moved in and stretched their suv and trailer across 4 spot (when it could've easily fit in 3) for a WEEK. And management said NOTHING! To add to all of our frustration, We moved in to an unclean and unkept apartment in this complex. The doors wouldn't open over the carpet and wouldn't close because the doors were too big for the doorway. The drain backed up in the shower and ended up almost filling the tub every time one of showered. The drawers didn't close correctly, the blinds wouldn't open and close the way they were supposed to and would break off every time you attempted to move them. The counter in the kitchen was literally sawed off at the end and they didn't bother to close it off or attach an end piece there. There was this disgusting gunk all over the walls and blinds. Bugs every where. Ridiculous neighbors. And passive aggressive notes from management on the regular, (get rid of this, don't do that, stop with whatever...). Maintenance guys would try to "warn us" that management was gonna say something to us about whatever it was that week, and it turned out they were the ones tattling on us about the smallest things. Unbelievable, unreasonable, and unprofessional. If you can, look elsewhere to live. I wish I had.

The first time I met this so called current manager (pace) was in court. I was working it out with the former assistant manager until she got fired and pace became manager. Very rude tried to say hi to her as my lawyer, friend and I were walking into the court room, didn't say zip! I got it worked out with the courts and found assistance to pay the back rent. I know they need their money but this was right before covid! Then when covid did hit, you couldn't enter the office, pool closed, they wouldn't accept mail packages for you during the office open hours. And if you complain you get hung up on! And after a few years and trying to stay sane while neighbors slammed the doors, leave dog poop on the ground fall on icy sidewalks! Have neighbors who smoke pot where you can smell it! Towards the end, when pace threatened to evict me, she made ridiculous statements in an email to me saying 'you chase the turkey around the parking lot and you won't let the maintenance crew in after you complain " um the turkey THAT I FEED and comes to my apartment window for food and companionship? Yeah ok I went over to it when it was on the other side of the complex (and I was just leaving a friend's apartment) as it was wandering in the parking lot, and pace did nothing about people speeding through the lots. I was just trying to get the poor thing onto the grass! Yet the maintenance manager ran to pace to say "she's chasing the turkey" yet he's walking his dog DURING WORKING HOURS! And let it poop all over the ground. And didn't clean it up. He also took it into the office (nice if anyone has allergies) A while after I left I heard someone had deliberately ran the poor thing over! And no I opted that I wanted to be there when maintenance came as I have animals! I never refused to let them in. And they outright fired the maintenance manager who was there for years. Ok yeah I left after pace wanted to evict me and she wanted to charge $100 for a small chest I left behind (too heavy for me to lift and a neighbor had already helped a lot. I didn't pay it. Washing and drying machines always a problem (many others have made complaints regarding this) and a neighbor on the other side of my building was always going in and out of the complex at all hours (even at 3 am guess he didn't work) and prop the doors open! He has a key so wtf! And an office worker refused to believe about a murder in the complex (even though it was in the news for months!) until I sent the information over by email. What a fool better to look elsewhere

I've had to get in touch with the office twice in the last year over my rent check not being processed after five days and late fees being assessed (I haven't paid after the 1st even once in six years). My checks were magically discovered in the office once I questioned it. I've also recently received a lease violation notice over paperwork I provided that was suddenly no longer on file in their records, 8 months after lease renewal. This is a huge complex and I'd expect occasionally to have to correct a paperwork mixup, but this happened ONCE in four years with the old office. Rent has gone up $175/month over the last two years with zero benefit to me as a long term tenant, and only more hassle. I know from talking to others that I am not the only one who is frustrated with the changes here.
