Made me feel so comfortable by offering a blanket and letting me watch tv. The office is inviting played good music and was so clean. The bathroom smelled so good! All the staff were so nice as well. I just only wanted confirmation a few days before my appointment regarding payment details but that was an issue with my email address missing a letter so just confirm. Otherwise you are in great hands! I was in a bit of pain when I left because I was allergic to red dye for the advil but she even prescribed me more medicine and I'm not in pain just about 5 hours later! I'm so thankful they stayed late to got me in on Friday and make sure I was no longer in pain. It was a long process but it was so worth it! Thank you all. See you soon to get my crown!

The Dentist said it was a "covered" expense (with THEIR insurance which I had for four years) When I found the cost for this procedure was $800.00+ AFTER INSURANCE, I hesitated. I wanted to check with Delta Dental Insurance, but was told by MFD that Delta wouldn't cover me for 4-5 months, and this procedure couldn't wait that long. Believing them (22 years with this Practice), I went ahead. It took 20 minutes. THAT'S $40.00 A MINUTE! I called and checked with Delta Dental, and I could have been covered within 24 hours being I had previous insurance coverage. Their "misinformation" cost me $478.15 EXTRA DOLLARS, as Delta Dental's payment would have brought my cost to $337.00 TOTAL. Never again.

After waiting outside about 15min with my 5YO and another customer (who was complaining about the signs to her husband) we gather our stuff and go in only to be told they don't allow children in the office because they run around and "mess with dental tools". What's irritating is lack of communication on the above issues by staff. I made appointments for myself, my wife and (ready for this) my 5YO son that I had just now canceled. Their solution was to have me wear a mask and leave my 5YO by himself in the lobby. Are you f*ucken nuts? Who would do that to their child. Far too many good options in town to deal with this dentistry for clowns

I was so thankful she took the time out to squeeze me in and help me out instead of just having to wait until my actual appointment next month.
