I know lawyers are busy but come on. My daughter has been incarcerated for over 40 days without trial, he doesn't show up for the bail hearings and because of that the crown gets what they want. Where's the Lawyer that's supposed to be defending her? Fighting for her rights? Not impressed...

I dealt with Richard back in 2021 and I would NOT recommend him to my worst enemy…read more He was great at the start when it came to hearing my legal issues and when it came to payment. After payment I had to follow up with him several times, each time he forgot who I was and what I was calling about which made me feel very uneasy but of course I already paid him his upfront $4500.00 charge. He delayed my court date and advised me not to get my license back after the 3 months and to wait until court date... which he kept delaying. After the 3 month suspension was up as per his advice I went without a license for another 5 months. This turned out to only hurt me as it had nothing to do with the overall case. I had to sacrifice my job and sell my house because of my financial situation. I was just able to get by during the initial 3 months and could've taken another opportunity but he just told me to wait. Fast forward to the long awaited court date and a WEEK before my case I get a call from his minion saying that he was off on personal leave and that she did not know when he would be returning. My options were : wait until his return which was not known at the time or take some other guy who is a friend of his. Now isn't that great? I thought I was getting what I paid for which was RICHARD as my lawyer, all to find out a few days before it was some other chump... who almost had the judge give me a stiffer penalty for opening his mouth... the guy had no idea who I was or what I was there for... which again made me feel great Please everyone who is considering him, do your research and find someone else who you can trust... which is a hard thing to do with these people. He took full advantage of me in my vulnerable situation. I would've been better off representing myself and saving my money and my future. I would hope one that one day he will read this review and reflect but these people are of Satan and have no conscience whatsoever. Shame on you Richard Allman.
