I first went to Level Yoga in search of a decent Yin Yoga class after my previous Yin Instructor moved away from VB. My first Yin class at Level Yoga was Instructed by Pam Shelton (who is a fabulous Instructor), after the class I was elated to have found an excellent Yin class and an awesome new Studio to lay my mat down. After that great first class, I was motivated to practice nearly every style of yoga class offered by Level Yoga, and the Barre class, with a variety of Instructors. With no exceptions, the classes are all a complete, well rounded, thoughtful experience that will satisfy all your yogic needs. All the Instructors are really smart, they are passionate about yoga and helping students to attain a higher quality of life through stretching, strengthening, mindfulness and breath. The Studio is a very clean and attractive space to practice in. The staff are kind, helpful and also happen to have great personalities which only helps! The owners of Level Yoga studio have succeeded in creating a warm, vibrant environment for our local Vero Beach community to gather in and improve our quality of lives. I did my first review in 2017 when I first moved to Vero Beach & have continued to purchase 20 class cards ever since. The space & people are amazing. The variety of times & classes make it easy to fit into anyone's schedule. Both studios are beautiful & I love the boutique too. As a yoga teacher myself I value the quality & tradition their teachers bring to the classes. Level Yoga is a excellent yoga studio with friendly, knowledgeable and experienced teachers and a variety of yoga classes to suit everybody, whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi looking for a challenge. Took advantage of the $50 unlimited classes for a month promo for locals. Already took 3, and love that they offer a variety of classes at different times in their 2 locations. I appreciate that the instructors take their time to adjust/correct postures or give suggestions on how to make positions either easier or challenging depending on your level. Level Yoga has been my yoga studio of choice for two years now ever since moving to Vero Beach. I tried a few other studios when I first arrived, but none compared to Level Yoga. You won't find more knowledgable or compassionate instructors anywhere. Both studios offer a calming peaceful environment designed to nurture body, mind and soul. Beautiful space to practice, with some of the best instructors I have ever taken a class from. I highly recommend Erin and Taras class if you are trying for the first time. Also do not be intimidated by the hot classes that they do offer, because they are only 90 degrees, which is perfect compared to other studios offering hot classes at 95 or 100 degrees. Studio also offer regular temperature classes for those not wanting to give hot a try. read more

A must to check out in Vero Beach! This studio is bright and open and always clean. The Barre classes are always challenging and I love the Fortifying Flow yoga class with Ashleigh. The Mind Body app the the studio uses makes class planning and sign up so easy and convenient! I highly recommend this yoga and barre studio. I started doing yoga at Level Yoga when visiting my family in Vero Beach last winter. The classes made me feel healthy, strong, calm and happy. I continued yoga after returning home. I have been going to Level Yoga for 3 years. They now have a second location on 3055 Cardinal Dr beach side. It has an amazing zen feel to it on Cardinal Dr . Level yoga has just made a change to the yin classes. They are all at Cardinal Dr and at the same time 12:15-1:15 m-f. Making it so great to remember and you can possibly do it on a lunch break !
