Several years ago when we got tired of cleaning the ashes out of our wood burning fireplace, we contracted with them to install a gas fireplace. We already had the gas line run to the fireplace. They had a great selection of ceramic logs. We have been quite happy with the set up. And it is a lot easier to clean. Recently the chain screen in front of the fireplace needed to be replaced. Surprisingly, they do wear out. We bought the screen and had them install it. As an additional benefit, their garage door openers also work as remote openers for driveway gates. Well, D Nova was totally different. He not only explained what work was required, he also pointed out deficiencies in the DRHorton new home construction that made the work necessary. He explained it in such a way that I fully understood. He also pointed out framing that was not properly attached so it was coming loose from its original location. When I say that I was impressed, I really was. Although he couldn't perform the work that day, he agreed to get the necessary materials and return the next day. He kept me apprised of what time he would arrive, showed up at that time, did exceptional work and did not take all day to do it. I could tell that he really loves what he does because of how meticulous he was and how he moved around as he worked - he didn't waste any time (mine or his). In my opinion, you couldn't go wrong with using this company for your garage door needs and he does more for the money than I expected.

When he finally showed up, it was not the same person we were told. A very pleasant and clever young man finally showed an hour later than planned. His skill level was good, but his work practices were very sloppy and potentially dangerous for him, as he had tools lying everywhere. He also needed assistance to adequately perform the work. There was shipping damage to one panel which was never addressed, and multiple calls never resulted in a satisfactory resolution. Not even a call back! Would not recommend this company. Not local. Not organized.
