I prefer a written format for better clarity, which I shared with Elliot - staff wore uniform, and looked sharp Just like with anything in life, there are improvement areas. In this case, it was around task scheduling, employee work-life balance, and project progress clarity. I shared this feedback privately with the owner, and he assured me that he will consider this and take the required actions. Initially everything seemed in order. They accepted the work. As the date approached, they did not contact us to confirm our paint colours, the total cost and what time the painter(s) would arrive. We attempted to contact Pure Painters in order to confirm all of this, not once but four times. It was not until the last time that we received any response. The owner confirmed that a painter was scheduled for the NEXT DAY and requested that we email him the details regarding paint and contact information and that he would answer all of our questions then. He never responded. However, a painter did show up the next day, but we would have appreciated knowing what time to have expected him. The painter was a credit to the organization. He worked hard and did a good job. The owner called us two days after the job was complete, asking if we needed anything painted. He didn't even recognize that we were existing clients that had already tried to work with him. I told him that the job was complete, we were happy with the painter and his work, but that we were unhappy and frustrated with his level of communication. He told us that he found it frustrating to work with customers that would "call him 20 times looking for confirmation". He inferred that we harassed him by trying to tell him the colours we wanted, asking how much the job would cost in total and asking when would the painter arrive. Needless to say we were not impressed with the rudeness and poor level of customer service. Avoid Pure Painters!!!

I first used Alpha & Omega to paint the complete exterior, interior and large deck of an investment property. Their price was fair and the work was excellent. They also did their best to maintain their schedule even though the other trades delayed them. The follow up was also excellent - I'm not a super picky person but I recognize a job well done and this was it. After being impressed with that job, I then asked them to paint my personal house basement that was just renovated, and exterior trim. Again - great work, didn't disappoint and were on schedule - something I find extremely rare in ANY trade. Matt doesn't disappoint, he is very thorough and completely understands his trade - I have no issues recommending him to anybody.

This was a fiasco for me. The estimator ordered the paint before I agreed to use the company's…read moreservices. I therefore gave them the contract. They said that the job could be done in one day and it took two. The painters complained to me that the job was not worth the money they were being paid to do it. I have had to scrape paint off of my floors and bathroom fixtures and there is paint on my carpets. On top of this, the foreman and the office staff have called me three times in two weeks to make sure I have paid for the job - the money was sent immediately after the job was finished. I will not be using this company again.
