This company does very professional vinyl decals. Their professional design software on their website is very easy to use. They have hundreds of images you can incorporate into your design. I created my own decal for my boat in a few minutes and then submitted it. I asked them to review and confirm it would look ok when finished. I received a very prompt response. After ordering I had the finished product in 5 days. It looks fantastic and was an extremely high quality and professional al decal. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their decals can be applied to any smooth surface (car, bike, home, window, mailbox, etc). Transferring the decal onto the final surface was very easy. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! We bought some lettering decals to put over a sign that wasn't working for us on a new business... They came overnight and they look perfect!!! We haven't put them up yet but when I do I will come back and try to give them six stars LOL They made the process super easy. They have a great website and you can basically dictate how tall and how wide you want your letters and what kind of spacing. We sent over an idea for what we wanted for the graphic, which included our boat name. All they did was 'clean it up', print it and sent it to us without a proof. Very disappointed in the final product. They didn't re-draw or design anything, just took our general sketch and ran with it, not even checking to see if it was acceptable. Color did not match what we wanted, especially since they never sent anything for us to visually review. They just took our description and sent whatever they wanted. It felt like we had to force them to send a proof for the second printing, which they grudgingly did for free. Even still it was very poorly executed. I needed two simple vinyl-letter stick-on signs. Complete ease and agility in putting together online the signage needed.... size, font, color, layout, all of it. Unreal low price. Two signs, shipped, for under $11. I mangled one of the signs, they shipped out a replacement, FREE and PRONTO. Unreal. The signs simply look FANTASTIC. I bought my boat lettering to re-name my boat a year ago. I just put it on (superstition says wait a year) the boat. I didn't do the greatest job - bc it was really windy. As I was surfing around looking for some lettering for bike, I was blown away at some sites prices. They went easily as high as $50 or more. I came across diylettering thinking it would be the same as the others. Just for fun, I played with tons of fonts and styles. I don't think I've ever seen so many in one place, and there was a whole lot of new ones that I was unfamiliar with. I had a good time for about an hour or so. The site was pretty easy to navigate and use. For the heck of it I hit the check out button selecting the highest grade vinyl. My two decals with shipping, came to under $16 bucks! For that price I had no choice but to give DIY a shot. The turn around was really fast, only about three days! I had a question for customer service and sent an email. It was answered in under an hour. My decals arrived and I read the directions carefully, and prepped the surface as suggested. Being as the surface had a curve, I took my time and went slowly. I gave myself an "A" on the job. I would have given myself an "A+" but I got a little wrinkle which I was able to fix with a razor blade. I'm certain if it was a flat surface it would have been perfect. Just take your time, and don't be in a rush. One of the things that makes this whole process easier is knowing that if you goof up, they will send you a replacement free of charge, no questions asked. I saw no other site making that offer. These folks will even design a for you if you need it. I am thoroughly pleased with this outfit.
