I got my screen fixed here a couple of months ago but it broke again but because I know they do a great job with quick service . So, I came back here. The prices are also reasonable and fair price. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable too.

This company is definitely one to avoid. Total rip off, they say they give a warranty on their work…read more- yeah! 15 day warranty. They damaged my phone - the phone has never worked since they "repaired" it, what a joke. They replaced a broken screen, afterwards the phone would randomly mute, lines across the screen, colours faded, not bright or crisp. I took it back, they replaced it again, the second one was worse. I phoned them to tell them I was going elsewhere, I would return their crappy screen, once the phone was fixed. They said: "We don't trust other repair people, bring it back to us and we will take the screen out. So, I did, they put in another broken screen, so I could get it to another repair place, and then THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they said the warranty had expired! Why would they tell me to drive from Toronto so they could reclaim their screen, and give me back a phone that was worse than when I originally took it to them. If you go to them be prepared to hire a lawyer. CROOKS! The phone is now being repaired at Apple, for $350, because they damaged the battery connector. I will be seeing my lawyer on Friday.

Mobile Klinik Woodbridge - Open ticket Dec. 17 and cash out Dec. 22. Bogus billing for plopped in OEM screen and nothing else but nightmares.

Zero if it were possible. Stay away from these crooks. I should have looked up and listened to word…read moreon the street before approaching this franchisee for a phone screen repair, because I lived the echoes of reviews I saw afterwards and similar experiences of people I subsequently talked to. The raw deal goes like this: you walk in the store with a device in need of mobile "medical" attention. They check for a pulse, which mine did have. They tell you they'll need to order parts, but, if your phone isn't a recently issued model, they will immediately go for your wallet's jugular and see if you're interested in buying one of their refurbished phones instead. Having invested in an unlocked Samsung, I was not. Accordingly, I left my device at the shop as they said the part would arrive within 2 days and I didn't want to wait longer than I had to before they could replace the screen. They quoted me $200, saying that because they were an authorized Samsung repair facility, they would have to buy an entire new case, not just a replacement screen. The charge appears on my receipt as Gen Labor and there's all the microscopic fine print about Warranty Information at the bottom. As if anyone bothers reading that when they're waiting for a repair, especially if your phone isn't under manufacturer warranty anymore (which doesn't cover anything but factory parts malfunction anyway.) That was Sunday, Dec. 17/23. By Wednesday, Dec. 20, I still had heard nothing and go back to the store. At that point, I'm told, "oh, the supplier didn't come through, I have to order from someone else (read: OEM part, not Samsung.) I will confirm with you by end of day today." He says this twice while I'm in the shop, but again, I hear nothing by end of that day, either. Friday, Dec. 22, I get the call that my phone is all good to go, and once again head to the shop. Sure enough, the phone actually is there - with an OEM screen only, not an entire Samsung replacement casing. Wtv. Just take my $225 and I'll take my repaired phone and be on my merry way...but that's just the beginning of the subsequent nightmare. As of Jan. 2, 2024, I have been to Telus in person, had Koodo Assist help me remotely, and was told to approach them one more time to finish the job properly, because they have either been so incompetent as not to be a worthy subsidiary franchisee of Telus (who acquired Mobile Klinik in July 2020), or they are an outright cheating franchisee. From my perspective, it's definitely the latter, if not both. I have been locked out of the Telus network and when I went back to the shop one last time, the weasel at the desk continued to play dumb and give lame excuses, saying that he can't access my account, he has to call Koodo, doesn't want to do that, starts asking me questions like where do I live so he can figure out which tower I should be connected to. Um you're a cell repair mechanic and you think I haven't figured out what's going on here? I have no registration on my LTE network and I, in a few hellish days of trying to get to the bottom of this outrageous nonsense, have gone through hours of my life trying to finish your job. When I told him that I already spoke to both Telus and Koodo and that I was told it's on his shop to finish the job, I knew he did not want to realize that the jig was up. I told him that's fine, I'll just pay for the screen part, and turned to leave. Wow, this guy was calling after me, begging and pleading to keep talking. Are you kidding me? Time to go back to Telus in person and get them to unlock my own phone and/or register me on the network, because these guys are idiots and/or plain old scammers and would rather play games with my time, and rip me off in the process.
