That is with the screen protector that they installed as well. WARNING! THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGE! After presenting this information to them within 48 hours from when the installation happened, they told me that "It's not our fault that the screen cracked" and said I would have to pay more to get it fixed. It dropped only 2.5 feet, when I opened an office door and it cracked. Between the warranty not covering physical damage, the poor quality of the screen installation and the products they use and the bad business approach of running away from responsibility after only 48 hours of the service being preformed. Took my ipjone 12 Pro Max with cracked back glass there for them to fix , they ended up changing my…read moreoriginal screen for a fake low resolution screen which got my phone constantly heating up and draining my battery juice, he told me the screen developed a line in the process of changing the back glass, how does a screen get damaged whilst changing just a back glass? I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone or come there for a service again, I would rather use my broken phone till I get a new one.

He kindly warned me there would be no service in my area, and lended me a phone to test the reception. He gave me the worse model to test with, which had no reception in my area. I found out later that there is reception with the Blackberry Bold, the model I own. Thank goodness. I ended up buying another phone with their promotion, but it was not in stock. I eventually got the phone, but never received the store credit with the promo. And am still waiting for it. Very vexing experience.

This company is definitely one to avoid. Total rip off, they say they give a warranty on their work…read more- yeah! 15 day warranty. They damaged my phone - the phone has never worked since they "repaired" it, what a joke. They replaced a broken screen, afterwards the phone would randomly mute, lines across the screen, colours faded, not bright or crisp. I took it back, they replaced it again, the second one was worse. I phoned them to tell them I was going elsewhere, I would return their crappy screen, once the phone was fixed. They said: "We don't trust other repair people, bring it back to us and we will take the screen out. So, I did, they put in another broken screen, so I could get it to another repair place, and then THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they said the warranty had expired! Why would they tell me to drive from Toronto so they could reclaim their screen, and give me back a phone that was worse than when I originally took it to them. If you go to them be prepared to hire a lawyer. CROOKS! The phone is now being repaired at Apple, for $350, because they damaged the battery connector. I will be seeing my lawyer on Friday.
