Ridiculous service but amazing store!…read more Coming from the US to visit my in-laws in Izmir I brought my son to this amazing two story sports store that reminded me of Dick's Sporting Goods back in the US. The store here is very clean and the aisles are wide enough to allow shoppers in both side of the aisle to shop without bumping into each other. The most impressive thing in the store was what appeared to be the store branded goods. The quality and value was very impressive. There were a lot of empty product areas in the store and a lot of staff standing around not doing much to replace or to engage the customers. When I went to check out I stood in the correct line to wait for the next available cashier. Another customer was allowed to approach the cashier from the exit area of the line instead of the entrance and pay for her items. The cashier never asked her to get in line and then took forever to finish her purchase. When I finally made it to the cashier to purchase a $50 scuba mask and a cold sports drink the cashier handed me the items I bought without a plastic bag. When I asked for a bag he replied that he forgot to charge me for it and I would need to pay 5 kurus to get one. Unbelievable that this company would try to charge a customer for a plastic bag who is buying $50 of goods. I do not know who came up with this idea in upper level management but they really need to rethink their customer service as it was really lacking all around for such a nice store with nice products. It gives the impression that the company has money problems. This may also be why they appear to have employee customer service problems too because if they are cheap with their first time customers imagine how they cheap they are with their employees. As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for", and here at this store you need to pay for your bag too!

Pretty much everything...a lot of jerseys, shirts, jackets, caps etc. Always friendly to me since I'm a foreigner & a follower of Fenerbahce. Being that I bought majority of my stuff at this store...they get 5 stars. I have had NO issues as most Fenerium staff members speak a moderate amount of English & I speak a fair amount of Turkish. :)

The best place to get some new athletic stuff in the Izmir area. Nikes? They got'em. Everything…read moreelse...eh. I only really wear Nike. They have a great selection on running, cross training & basketball shoes (Kevin Durant/Jordan's/Lebron's etc). Football (soccer shoes as well)...shout out to CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo! Prices are high, but it's what you pay for if you want genuine gear.
