Instead of a facial (front desk recommended to pass on the facial because of my acne), I opted for the body scrub and massage. The body scrub was decent. It's a sugar scrub so it's mild exfoliation. I left with softer skin (not baby soft status). However, because I'm used to more intensive exfoliation (i.e. body scrubs at Korean bath houses), this felt like I needed an additional body scrub to get baby soft. The massage was fine given the circumstances. It didn't help that the walls are thin, and you can hear the sounds from the other room. Let's just say the audible noises from the next room were more distracting than relaxing during the massage. In terms of facials, my mom and aunt did leave satisfied. She wrote it on a blank piece of paper, other charges were correct except the Collagen Mask was 900PHP. I told her the Technician quoted a price of 145, she contacted the Technician and of course she said "no mam" I said 1145, which I told her she stated 145. I ask for a copy of their Price List and indicated that I would pay only 1/2 of the Mask which was 450PHP. I did not have my glasses at that time and review the Price List later at my home. Both Collagen Mask either "Soft Peel or Gel" does not state a price of 900PHP. The dishonest individuals- Cashier/Technician working at "Let's Face It" is cheating customers.
