The install guy messed up no problem he fixed it up but then after that my subs started to pop. So i meet with kerry he was all woops are bad as visions had put this stereo together for me as they know best. So about my 8th trip to the store since may 2021. And so they got me a new amp that i payed the extra for so they took my truck installed the new amp went to pick up my vehicle and the poping subs where even worse so i immediately went back in and told kerry my subs are poping but it happened to be 5 min till close so i went back in after i had a trip planed to b.c so once back to lethbridge by this time both my subs where blown unfortunately so i took my vehicle to another car audio place and the verdict is visions sabotaged me as they put the words and all the bad stuff thru my amp to my subs so if course the subs blew that a no brainer so like i mentioned i go back to vision for kerry to tell me i am beat so when i started using stereo terms and asking kerry questions and when he couldnt answer my question he then kicks me out of the store so i have been set up by visions to destroy my stereo and now my back speakers from factory dont work no more so i am going to another store and get this all set up right and i am going to give a copy of the bill directly to Kerry himself. I am not sure if he had the hurricane's game on his mind or what but this is totally not how a company should conduct their business. This stuff is what closes big chains down. If any one has questions about how i was ripped of by visions and kerry feel free to reach out to me and we can figure out how you can achieve what you want with out having to be ripped off by visions aka kerry. When she repeatedly pulled her mask down and then up it left me with a bad impression of the cleanliness. Especially when she coughed as she was doing this and then handled customer food containers.

Super efficient, online booking (or phone-in); check-in is fast and appointments always on time. Pharmacy attached is handy. Lots of free parking, easy access off main road. Great family doctor service, they have xray capability. Highly recommend!

Whatever the concern or problem, she has taken care of it immediately and professionally. If I needed to go to a specialist she would set up an appointment quickly & provide feedback. She is also great with extra paperwork which I know if not welcomed by most doctors, but she did accommodate my requests to have forms filled out or updated for various reasons. I am going to miss her very much when she retires this month. I will always appreciate all her dedicated hours & knowledge that she has shared with me. I want her to know that she was appreciated and that she will be missed.

Everytime I enter this hospital I am treated awfully like my issues aren't real and like I am not…read morehuman. There is a blonde triage nurse that is unprofessional and aggressive who sighed like she was annoyed after every word I spoke, and told me it's hard behind the desk too. She also did not give any painkillers or offer anything to aid the pain. I watched her shake a patient with a broke shoulder awake. One of the doctors dismissed a condition I told him I had previously been diagnosed with a week before and told me that he didn't believe I had it, then the test came back positive. Every time I am here I sit for hours (8pm-10am) with absolutely no clue what's going on and when I ask I am rudely turned away. I was even once told I was hitting a vaporizer and told to go outside because the room smelt fruity, I assure you I was not nor do I possess such a device. My issue is not with the long times but rather the lack of professionalism and bedside manners that some of the workers exhibit. The hospital is the last place I want to be and to be treated so awfully when I am in pain and seeking help is disappointing and frustrating. I would highly suggest avoiding this hospital if possible and driving the 2 hours to Calgary.

Met a nice young Male Nurse Chris who was friendly and helpful. Dr Szobota introduced himself and made sure I was comfortable. Met a couple other nice young nurses, sorry, can't remember your names, probably the med's. In and out ahead of schedule experiencing nothing but professionalism all the way. Well done all.
