The ambiance is a tough call because it's a food truck but there is generally ample seating and there is now indoor seating at this truck pod. Ingredients are fresh and it's a hearty Sammy. I am not a practicing vegan but I do like to eat foods that are more plant based on the regular for health reasons. And I am happily reporting that my stomach feels great post meal! I love that it's in this cute food trunk stop, and each cook I have met so far has been so kind, and really embracing what love and community this city has. There are a bunch of really good bites everywhere in here too! And I couldn't help but notice the amount of Vegan options in this food truck plaza! But for breakfast! The two of us have been delicious each time! I have also ordered the St. Helena, and that was extremely mouth watering. There is an array of flavor for this breakfast sandos make sure to give them a visit!~

It took 10-15 minutes before our server got to us but we understood since it was so busy. After we place our order half the restaurant had cleared out so we were hopeful we would get our food pretty quickly. While waiting a man tried to cancel his order since it was taking so long. After 40 minutes of waiting we asked how much longer it was going to be and they told us 5 more minutes. We had an appointment to go to so we asked for it to go. Took 10+ more minutes to get our food. So it took an hour after sitting down to get our food. At no point did the staff check on us or say anything about it taking so long. I will never return based on customer service alone. Food Review: We are after a 30 minute drive so keep that in mind. Not sure if it's typical for them to send to go orders out in paper plates covered in foil.. the English muffin in the Benedict wasn't toasted at all (didn't even look like it had been previously). The poached eggs were completely cooked through (maybe continued cooking during the drive?). Barely enough hollandaise sauce for half the Benedict and it didn't taste like anything. Avocado was browning and some of the fruit was shriveled.

We stopped in here after playing a round at the Wonderwood Mini Golf. It had been hot and cramped and we really needed a drink. The door was being held open by a line of people and usually that is a great sign. Being busy is awesome for the business and I am glad they are so popular. It was a weekday, probably around 11 am and there were just so many people in line. It was really cute inside but SO chaotic. There were tons of kids screaming and at times it was difficult to tell where the line really was. After about 5 minutes of the line not moving, I started to get a slight headache from the noise and we agreed we would have to go somewhere else. It was probably for the best as all the indoor and outdoor seating was full so there would have been nowhere for us to eat even if we had braved the line. I think when a business reaches this level of popularity, it's important to put systems in place to keep patrons from feeling crowded and overwhelmed and it's definitely something they might want to look into in the future.
