He not only resolved every issue I had with this new pool, whose system was completely different from what I was used to in Rehoboth, but he explained everything, suggested ways to make things easier for me, and most of all made me feel so comfortable and less anxious about the process of using a DE filter. Not only that, but his price was reasonable and competitive (even better) that other quotes I'd gotten. I read the one review prior to calling him. I have no reason to post a 5 star positive review for him, as I don't know him, he's not a friend. I am simply giving a review based on my experience of using him for 1 hr. Not only am I going to use him in the future to open and close my pool in Easton, as well as to change over to a salt system, but I will use him to take care of my pool in Rehoboth as well. Previously, we talked to other pool companies who thought the problems were due to collapsed or clogged pipes under the cement. This would have cost thousands of dollars. Mark was the only one who properly diagnosed and fixed our pool. It was a cracked return pipe and defective multi selector controller. Now we can vacuum it and use our pool. I called him back, he came right back over, replaced a hose, replaced the electrical wire from pump to outlet. Worked perfectly. The next morning i turned the pump on and an old hose burst, i went into panic mode called Mark , he came right over. He replaced all the hoses, rechecked the electrical and did not charge me. Hes is an amazing human, compassionate and knows his stuff. I recommend him highly.
