I've been disappointed with my experience with this doctor. While they may be polite during appointments, there's a serious lack of follow-through when it comes to my healthcare and concerns. Test results often go unanswered, and important follow-up steps are rarely explained or scheduled. I've called the office to schedule follow-ups after hospital visits but no response. This has made managing my care stressful and frustrating. Patients deserve a provider who listens, responds, and takes their health seriously -- unfortunately this was not my experience. read more

She has been my doctor for many years and does not do her job well i recently went in for back problems and told her I hit my head and it's been swollen for over 2 months and that it has been bleeding for the past month and she did not even look at it in my last visit she does not check heart rate or anything else I am actively for a new primary!!!! read more

Absolutely the Worst Dr I have ever had to deal with! The office staff is even worse! Dr Xiong only works Monday, Thursday and Friday. If you do get an appointment it will be canceled or they schedule you on a Tuesday, and when you show up they act confused and say "she doesn't work on Tuesday." When they are the ones who scheduled the freaking appointment! I've been going to the urgent care for the past 6 months because she is impossible to see. Save yourself time and find another Dr. Took me long enough but thats what I'm finally doing. read more

I found her to be unhelpful. I tried to be patient and understanding as she was new to MFA, but she's proven to be unprofessional and not helpful to patients. She rushes me through and barely asks me about updates. I don't think she cares about patients. I have looked elsewhere for a new doctor. I do not recommend. read more

This doctor is terrible. I have no idea how she's allowed to practice medicine. She's very unprofessional, unprepared and rude. She treats people like a number and talks down patients and even her nurses. Very judgmental and cold as well. I needed assistance filling out paperwork and she never wanted to help. Her reports were poorly written, my new PCP said the data from all my visits with her were missing information and full of misspellings and errors. Don't go to this doctor, you've been warned. She's a fake doctor with a fake degree. Look around on all the sites with reviews and you'll notice she is littered with one star reviews and nightmare experiences. Let's hope she loses her license soon. Her appointments were rushed. She'd make me wait 1-2 hours to see her because she would be eating or on her phone. (I could see her just sitting in the back.) Then they would finally bring me into the room and she would shove you out the door in 5-8 minutes. Saying she doesn't have time to deal with more than 1 thing. If I wanted to see her for another issue, I'd have to make another appointment. To top it all off, she would get bothered if I asked for a doctors note for missing work waiting hours in her office. By far the WORSE doctor I've ever had in my life I was with her for two years & she never knew what to do for my mom or family. She'd only ask "what do you want me to do for you?" She eventually had the nerve to assume my mother was "psychologically" acting sick when for a year she's had aches & pains! She almost died in her care last year due to her "what do you want me to do for you?" Question! SAVE YOUR TIME $ & life to go with someone else who actually cares! I went to her 2 times I'm getting close to 50 so thought I would get a physical she had labs done and my enzymes came out low so they did ultrasound and showed a lining in my pancreas had an mri when I got out my stomach was so bloated thought I was having a reaction so call the imaging center they said contrast shouldnt do that to call my dr so I called dr Xiong office Eddie answered and I explained what happened and he said he would check and he said I don't know what you want me say and hung up so I called back and asked to speak to someone over him and he said dr Xiong would talk to me so she got on the phone and said you were rude to my staff they said and demanded I talk to you I said no Eddie was rude to me and I only spoke to him he hung up on me and she said I just came from a conference and I'm on my way home your not dying and I don't appreciate you being rude to my staff I said wow that is not true I can't believe how you are talking to me I said you and your staff are unprofessional and I will not go back read more

Dr. Xiong is absolutely wonderful! My whole family goes to her even my infant granddaughter. She always takes her time with us and answers all of our questions thoroughly. One time when my granddaughter had to go to the ER she even come in to check on her. I love how persona bill she is! read more

I have gone to her 4 times already and all four times she has referred me out. Yesterday's appointment lasted less then 10 minutes in all of her visits no check up nothing from her. She literally sits down asks a few questions not a lot because I've been out in less then ten minutes every time I see her and refers me out. I basically pay her to send me elsewhere. Not once in all my visits has see actually treated me. I've gone for a rash and she didn't even look at it just said I'm sending you to an allergist, a bite where she said it's healing nicely, yesterday she sent me to a ob, my husband has gone with her as well and she sent him out as well she also cancelled his physical with her and rescheduled a month from the initial appointment. She cancels and reschedules a month from then not a week or even two a whole month! We are changing doctors. read more

Dr. Leslie Xiong is a horrible and unprofessional "doctor." Took my son in due to him having sudden eye concerns (crossed eyes occasionally). During the appointment, she literally did not take any vitals or examine him. She sat in a chair, asked a few questions, and then stated that crossed eyes can only result from brain tumor/cancer/lesion. She did not grant my repeated request for a referral to an ophthalmologist at Valley Children's. She demanded we get a CT scan done. When I asked about insurance coverage/deductible, she stated "if it is a cancer or tumor, are you just not going to anything about it?!" When we did not go through with the scan, she refused AGAIN to give a referral to a specialist. I went to Dr. Ramos at MFA (same clinic she works for) and was told the CT scan was a bad idea and we got the referral after a short examination. I beg of you to not take your children to see her. My son is only 3yrs old and she recommended the most invasive test with high radiation. My son most likely will only need a patch to strengthen one eye OR other muscles strengthening exercises. read more
