The service was wonderful and the salmon dinner I had was perfect. The starter I had was a Fresh Tomato & Mozzarella Salad. Not quite what I would experience in the US as the Mozzarella was gently breaded and fried but none the less a top notch dish in its own right. The chocolate dessert I had was an outstanding end to the meal and so far, in reference to my other travels in Europe, France wins.
