The manager refused to issue a receipt for tax reimbursement, claiming that the 250 euros wasn't enough (not true) and that the two purchases made within two hours of each other on the same day didn't qualify (again, absolutely not true). What happened to the saying "the customer is always right", especially since in this case, the customer was absolutely right!
