Products/storefront: they always mix in random new collection pieces and put them in the back with sale, etc. Be aware of "mistake" sale stickers on items, aka you find something gorgeous in/near sale with the red sticker only to arrive at the counter for it to be full price. Even more popular is they put a sale sticker indicating a bigger sale than it is (44€ top with a sale sticker for 15€ is really 25€ at the counter) this has happened to me more than x5 times and theyve never honored the price.

When I demanded a response I was told by Phillipe and Evelyn Paradis that a return was now too late (obviously why they delayed reply). I even escalated my concerns to the owner of the company, M. Maruani, as sometimes you just get an unhelpful Custmer Services operative, but he did not reply either. I was treated with total disdain by Gerard Darel, perhaps a UK dislike due to Brexit? I don't know, but I will never shop there again.

Of course Paris is well known for cutting edge fashion and ladies here know how to create great looks with simple pieces. This store reminded me of a smaller version of H & M, had lots of items to choose from and quality is a few notches above F21. Ladies that work here were very polite and patient.

They are priced at the low high-end range, where you can find an assortment of mohair cardigans, cute printed dresses and tees, belts, leather bags, and shoes. I lusted after a beautiful pair of low ankle boots but unfortunately they are out of stock. I definitely recommended checking this chain boutique out if you're looking to bring back some goodies for your friends and more importantly... yourself.
