lES FLEURS 100 newhouse rd grangemouth -The owner and her daughter are extremely rude to to customers, I ordred a bouquet for a gift they were very poor quality half dead and opened,just a bunch of lilac daisys no other nice flowers mixed very bland,I returned the bouquet to the shop as very poor standard for £25, you would have got more selection and value at a supermarket They spoke to me like and Idiot didnt even apologise they couldnt cope with an order, total panic, the owner said she had been working extra hours and was very tired and took her temper out on me!!!! as a customer just wanting some flowers why was that my problem perhaps she sould look at an alternative career one she can cope with! I was disgusted, I would never ever go there again and would reconmend for anyone to spend ther money elsewhere, the florist next to Behind the wall sells nice bouquets good value, if you shop at Les Fluers you will be extremely dissapointed very amatuer and very disorganised, god help them when it comes to Valentines day. This is a gem of a flower shop. Always good quality fresh flowers and great advice on what to select if you are unsure. I always use this shop for flower gifts, even when more local florists are available. I have had wedding flowers, funeral flowers, corsages, baskets, bouquets and hand tied all a great combination of flowers and colours. I have no idea who people have been visiting when they complain about the service! Yes, I've had to call back as the phone is engaged, but I don't see that as a problem! My orders are taken courteously, quickly and the message on the card has always been correct. Just about to phone up and order something now and came across this site. I normally wouldn't review anything except hotels, but when you are receiving a great service and product, there is no harm in paying a compliment. read more

I have used this florist shop on many occasions and I have found the staff to be very courteous and obliging. They provide a high quality service and an excellent variety of traditional, modern and more exotic flowers. I will not be discouraged from using this florist and have recommended them to my friends. read more
