The good: Swedish therapeutic massage was great, woman giving the massage was nice and very professional. Ambiance for massage was perfect. Waiting room was cozy. Drinks were available while you waited. Friendly staff. Hotel guests have a massage rebate. Changing rooms big if you want to go to the pool, which is heated by the way. Oh and massages area is very quiet.
The bad: Pool connected to the hotel, therefore you can have all sorts of people in there. Pool is VERY small, therefore can be filled up quickly. Spas were next to those pools, and above issues applies to spas. Spas contains A LOT of chlorine in it, makes your eyes burn. Changing area has very wet floors, so be careful not to fall. Prices announced in hotel rooms did not match the ones at Tonix (they forgot to change the publicity in the rooms).
As far as relaxation and massages goes, this place is wonderful. But the pool and spas can get very busy with the hotel, and can have a lot of kids too.
