The food was outstanding, excellent flavor, implacable presentation and the house wine was perfect. Highly recommended.
We ate Duck Confit, Steak Tartare, Croziflette Au Reblochon Fermier, Entrecôte. The French fries has a very particular cut that makes them crispy on the edge and tender in the center. For dessert we have had the Mushroom of the Alps... Awesome!
