If there was ever a florist that deserved 100 stars it would be Flowers by Jue! Every single flower…read morein my wedding appeared as if it was grown by a champion breeder of flowers. Is that a thing? Could every flower have been freshly picked that morning? I mean really, every rose was petal perfect, every hydrangea had the exact mix of color that you didn't even know existed on hydrangea. What was that purple-green-blue iridescent one? Not to mention how soft, pillowy and full of mini petals they were - the perfect Hydrangea. Instead of feathers to fan oneself with, why not a poof of Hydrangea? Ghah!! I want to wake up to them all every day!!!!!
Our partnership began in November 2015 after an arduous search online for a quality florist in the Bretagne region of France. I happened to find her website because it was THE ONLY one where the flowers matched the quality of the images. It also had a flair of quality and taste that I had not seen on the others. I could tell she paid attention to the little details, so I knew this was my lady. Her website also showcases past events she has managed. There is no staging with her, these are real life dreams made true.
Neither of us are fluent in the others language but we managed to plan and design a vision I had in my head to a creation only she could fulfill. Julie is simply marvelous! I gave her a list of our wedding colors, my favorite flowers, the aroma I wanted the scene to embody and the locations to place the flowers. I shared a few design ideas from photos I'd seen on Pinterest to help us both out. In a matter of days she shared a design plan of the day based on my preferences. It was perfect in every way!
Even with my last minute changes she accommodated those with grace and precision. From the table centerpiece, the garland along the terrace, the lavender along the benches; she really has a way of making an environment enchanted.
I wish she were here in the U.S. I would request some arrangement daily. You guys don't understand. The roses smelled like roses you read about in a romance novel. The lavender... ah! delicious!
