We paid in January 2015 $7,000R…read more Delivery dates were Feb and March 05. 1st delivery date they delivered some items incorrect, 2 months later we still have the wrong items boxed in our house waiting for the exchange. (Items are stored in São Paulo so you can't go to your local store to correct). 2nd delivery date, they called to confirm the day, we took the day off work and no one arrived. It's now April, we have no idea where our items are, no refund and no updates from Etna. We have contacted the store manager over 10times and each time we are told to call a different number and also an email will be sent with information. All numbers have not been able to help and no email has been received. Etna have our money, our items and no communication. Total rip off with no customer service!
