This place is awsome!!! The staff is very nice and helpful everyone from the door men to the kitchen crew and cleaning. The room was very clean and one day we came in in the middle of house keeping and she was even cleaning the walls they were awsome and on the ball with everything we needed weather it be a fan for for the room or food at 2am always courteous and polite. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great and they have homemade quesadillas made to order fresh juice and coffee. The only "complaint" I would have would be the fact that checkin was at 3pm and o got here earlier. But other then that this will be the place I want to come to when I come to Mexico City close to all the touristic activities like the town square "El Zocalo" the Palace of Fine Fine Arts the bus station to go to the pyramids and so many great places to eat.
