(Have used this company before but usual driver has left we informed by abacus that other drivers are available who drive the wheelchair taxis). Phoned on the day to ensure it was still booked all confirmed by the operative that the wheelchair taxi with driver would be present between 9.15 and 9.30pm. 9.30 pm came no taxi arrived Phoned abacus to find out where it was, told yes it was booked but it wouldn't be coming unless the wheelchair can be put in the boot, stated a wheelchair taxi was booked as the wheelchair needed to be wheeled into it! No taxi arrived and told despite it being booked and confirmedto be booked no taxi was available!!! Ended up walking a vulnerable person 2 miles home in the wind and cold at 10pm! Absolutely horrendous and uncaring attitude appalled! Avoid this taxi company can not be relied on to turn up especially if disabled - very discrimatory!
