She told me give it a chance and didn't offer a refund of any kind. I tried it make the best of it but got the extensions removed three days later. She was even going to charge me to remove them. She should have been honest from the beginning that there was no way for her to blend my extensions.

I've had extensions many times before and I have NEVER experienced anything this damaging or unprofessional. I messaged them and even sent photos showing the extensions falling out. They said they would offer me a refund which I nevase received. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Once they got the money, that was it. This place is misleading, overpriced, and reckless with people's hair and money. I rarely write reviews but I'm sharing this so no one else ends up with damaged hair and be misled by their prices! I also submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for deceptive advertisement and predatory sale practices.
