Tried to explain that I reserved a room at this hotel, but representative did not even tried to listen just said that he will not give me a room and it is my problem that I have a reservation. Rude and unfriendly. Left on the street in the middle of the night, he did not even try to offer to call a taxi or to help find another place to stay. Do not book this hotel you might stay without room!!!

At least I did not see anything that was recognizable as an air conditioning control. This is fine in the spring, but in the summer I think it could be a problem. Of course everything is well organized. Restaurant is nice...but breakfast is 40 euros (at least for 3 people). Food was surprisingly good, and very well presented. Service staff is friendly, and service is good. Entrees are about 10-15 Euros at dinner. There is a parking garage right down the street for your car (about 10 euros per day). There is not much to do around the hotel; I had a car, so it was fine. I believe there is an S-bahn stop close by, but I did not use. Very convenient access to the airport (15 min drive).

When we arrived we found out that there were actually no rooms for us. It was a busy week in Frankfurt and our company neglected to actually call the hotel itself to double check availability. The employees let us hang out in the lobby for four hours while our company tried to find us rooms elsewhere in the city. Had they not let us stay we would have been on the street with our luggage. I can never say thank you enough!

You can park at any of the other stalls. Parking is additional per day. The room and size are just like how they are in the States. No fridge or microwave, just a water kettle. Complimentary breakfast was included and was the best breakfast I had in all of 15 day Europe trip. Too bad we only stayed her less than 24 hours to be close to the airport. It's 15 minutes driving to the airport. Breakfast had items for Europeans, Americans and even the British. Such as baked beans for the British, meat and cheese for Europeans and the typical continental breakfast and waffles for Americans. Hot items were scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, Nuremberg sausage balls and hash brown potato balls.

Our room was decent and clean. But, our room smelled like cigarettes smoke!!! We kept the hotel window opened for a good 2-3 hours to let some of the odor out and no success. At least, my other relatives did not have complaints about their rooms. The hotel room here was also a little bit bigger than the B&B hotel that we stayed in Paris, France. All of us on the tour group also got to eat breakfast the following morning at their breakfast buffet. I'm not a breakfast person though and their breakfast selections were good. You can get bread, croissants, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, and etc. Too bad B&B Hotel. You were so close to getting 4 stars from me! You guys should have made sure that all of your rooms are perfect and odor free.
