Dynamic Snow and Mow is owned by Chance Krahn and the company Mows Grass and does Snow Removal…read more They also have contract services for United Way Supported 'Better at Home' clients (which are Senior Citizens and whose purpose is to keep Seniors from going into Assisted/Extended Care by picking up outside work, thus making their lives...Better at Home). Chance Krahn's Company practices need to be forensically audited by Better at Home and United Way and Government Supports because He double bills the client (Senior) and then Invoices Better at Home for the exact service and date. His ploy is such that the Senior might pay up, not realizing or understanding that Better at Home actually pays for the Service. Chance has obviously been successful at this racket and several Seniors that I know have received a bill. Also, most of his workers are so lazy! They do the absolute minimum required and leave a total mess. Better at Homes need to find a new Contractor and dump this unethical Company! As well, Dynamic hires themselves out to singular family homes and I have heard many complaints about the shoddy snow removal. Chance Krahn has many devotees up in Fort St John as the guy is from the Community with many family and friends who sing his praises but be very wary...if you are not related to him or a friend, then watch your bill and scrutinize the work his company does!
