I live directly across the street from a home being built by OneTenTen. I work from home and the…read moreworkers (mostly Mexicans/Latinos framing the home and roofing) play music all day long. I stopped over and asked them to reduce the noise and they complied right away. Problem solved right? Yes, until the next day when the same guys played the same music again. So, I called OneTenTen and they assured me the problem would be solved. The next day? You guessed it. Same thing. I guess these can't work unless the music is on all day long. So I had no choice but to call Shakopee Police and will see what they do about it. Shame on OneTenTen for permitting their workers to annoy neighbors during the building process. I will NEVER consider a OneTenTen home and will tell everyone I can about my experience, and their inability or unwillingness to be respectful in the neighborhoods where they build. And last but not least, I saw one of the workers bring two 12-packs of beer into the unfinished home (around 4:35pm on April 10, 2026). Must be nice to work for OneTenTen where you can annoy the neighbors AND drink on the job. UPDATE: Communicated with a OneTenTen representative who stated "there is nothing wrong with guys having a beer after work. People do it all the time." I guess OneTenTen doesn't care if their workers drink at the homes they are building. The same representative says "it's not against a law to play music on the job site." STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER. Brandl Anderson and Keyland Homes are MUCH better options.

Once we started to remodel, issues jumped out. I have air returns that open up to insulation and returns that appear to be in-between studs but there are no holes to draw return air. I have rooms that can never get warm or never stay cool in summer. Wiring in the basement hooked to bedrooms in the second floor. Inadequate water pressure. The houses are poorly engineered. We are looking to move because it feels like the house will fall down. I tried for over a year to get plans and info from brandl but they would not return calls.

You be the judge: 9…read moremonths and Lennar still hasn't installed the lawn/grass- all I have is dirt. I moved into the house in early fall, perfect time to do sod. BUT nope - nothing now for 9 months. The exterior of the house was done late summer, Lennar could have installed the lawn then, no they did not. No lawn means: I can't install my patio, my trees, swing set or my fence. I can't plant a garden or flower beds. I can't open my windows to the house for fresh air because the dirt blows in. Trapped in my home that I paid for. 9 months and Lennar has not finished my siding - I still have exposed wood and green home wrap. Construction trash buried in the dirt now coming up to the surface, Nails, spikes and trash. I was always promised multiple times for a magnet to clean the site, but no one ever came. Lennar is unresponsive; multiple meetings, multiple calls/ emails that go unanswered, unacknowledged, or not returned, multiple promises of we will fix this - and nothing for 9 months.

Will I have Lennar fix it no- last time they were here for drywall repair they sanded the patch and didn't use a dust collection sander, or a sander with a filter. Dust went everywhere - the carpet, on the counters, in my closets. I was left to clean it up. PLUS lennar's rules are you have to be able to see it standing from 6 feet back otherwise - No fix. Lennar's Performance Standard: Nail pops and blisters that are readily visible from a distance of 6 feet under normal lighting conditions are deficiencies It looks like a 3rd grader did my woodwork. Beige hole filler on brown walnut wood trim. The whole house looks like paint spatters or bleach spots. I don't understand how the subs could have gotten away with this in the first place. I have asked for it to be corrected but it looks like I'll be doing it myself. I don't trust Lennar to fix it for the 3rd time. Lennar customer cares is a joke. Case stay open unitl the warranty runs out. Absolutely no respect from them. They spend more time trying to convince you that your wrong that's the way it's supposed to be then just fixing the problem.
