Their MATH doesn't add up!
Never, Never, Never go to this place for a title loan. The contract they give you is misleading and basically a bald-faced lie.
I am going to pay off this "title loan" today. I am so angry and I can't even begin to describe how much. I have paid twice $124.00 in FEES for the last 2 months. So, $140.00 payment is $124.00 fees, about $15.00 interest and $1.00 towards the principal on a $500.00 title/flex loan.
* Plus, I still cannot understand how I am told that the payment is $140.18. I say, I will pay $150.00, then my receipt shows that I only paid $4.92 on my principal.
At least I would have paid about $9.00 towards my principal by what I paid over.
Something is not adding up. The woman knew it because she got nervous when I questioned it. I mean I stood there and asked her to explain how that works. She said herself she couldn't understand. Then, she wrote a note and said she would check into it more because it takes up to 24 hours for the system to update. And she said she would check with the "IT guys"!
She knew it didn't add up. And they have probably been illegally charging people and ripping people off for years.
